    I think Led Zeppelin are the Shakespeare of rock and roll. I hope their music stands the time span that Shakespeare's literature has.

    I love your comment “Hey, we’re Zeppelin. What’s up?” Yeah, the attitude was “we’re the king of the mountain and we deserve it”. Which they could get away with because it was absolutely true! And they had the talent, and the balls, to back it up.

    When you see Jimmy, so skinny, but he gives so much power with his right hand, it's crazy....I play guitar since a long time and I worked as a roadie with great legendary bands😂I can tell you, the best musicians, it's not about technical skills, and sounds, equipements, etc....the first thing, (even more for me as a guitarist), IT'S MECHANICAL😂😂😂😂😂YOU USE YOUR ARMS, HANDS, AND IT'S HOW YOU USE IT, IT CHANGE EVERYTHING....😂 That's why, even if you use the same équipements, YOU will NEVER SOUND HOW THEM😂....And, I would like to thank you, because you're the guy who reacted the most to JIMI HENDRIX, the greatest musician, composer of the 20th century...Page was the only one able to challenge him live....Led Zep, they were too good together, as a band, I think they were better on stage....Pink Floyd, were better in studio.... Hendrix was a Monster with Mitch Mitchell, and other musicians, both live, on stage, and in studio....I'm, really, happy, to see young peoples who discover that kind of great music....Please, don't listen to the harcore fans😂I, Listen to all kind of music, as soon as it touches my heart....OF course i prefer some different things, but just stay open minded....Peace from France ✌️

  • @damonhines8187
    @damonhines8187 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    Definitely tripping 🤣 of course it's JPJ on keys.
    Back to OTHAFA, I was somewhat surprised when the film came out in theaters at Robert's taking a lower melody, presumably having trouble with the high notes, either due to having shredded his voice over the course of the tour or this multi-night run at MSG, but to his credit, it still works.
    Always relished the way Jimmy prowled and stalked the stage all the while making sure his phenomenal multi-track guitar arrangements weren't missed in a live setting. Four musical powerhouses absolutely delivering the goods, in spades ♠️ 👏🏼
    Deeply regret never having seen them live. Oh, well, hell. Cheers, thanks for this/that.🙏🏽
    🖖🏼😀🎶❤️🍁❤️✨️🕊

    Really enjoyed this! I see that you've reacted to a few Led Zeppelin songs, and I'll definitely go back and pick those up. I do hope that you listen to the original of When the Levee Breaks, Good Times Bad Times, and Stairway to Heaven (which they performed at this same concert).
    I'm looking forward to hearing more of your reactions. Perhaps you'll do a deep dive starting with album 1? Thanks! :)
    Edit: So frustrating that there's not more footage out there of Led Zeppelin performing, that's for sure. A lot of bootleg but the quality usually suffered greatly.

    Loving your reactions. Any chance of Tea for One? I don't think they played it live so the studio version will do. Originally it was Jimmy and Plant that attracted me to this band, but as a long time listener, i can't stop hearing the rhythm section. JPJ is playing bass, using foot pedals on his keyboards.

    I like allot of 80’s music and even later. But what happened With New Wave and allot of “Alternative” is that the music, imo, went from guitar based to synth based, and in the process, for me, lost allot of its charisma and power. ( Metal carted that on as a genre). . Zeppelin were SEXY…..Sting, and The Police, not so much. I really missed the “male energy” in rock music….which continues to this day, with some exceptions of course.
