Enfin les patisseries! I love pain au chocolat aux amandes, it's my fav! also it does actually travel ok... (I've tested that). Great video and so nice to have a run with a lovely group. Daniel, excellent music choice!
Love the score cards! Wish I could come see you kill it at "The Night Of The 10000m PB'S" next weekend but I need to spend that night being anxious about the Hackney Half 😂
Just recently realised what a seriously fast pace you guys are running! I basically never run, except i procrastinate too long until there is no time to get a good mountainbike ride in. Then i might go for a quick run. That happens maybe 2 times per year, that i actually go for a run then. So, recently it was the case again and i tracked my route and measured the time out of curiousity. I needed pretty much bang on 37 min for a 5.1km loop with 110m elevation. If you count 100m elevation gain as effort for a flat 1 km, that makes pretty much 6 min/km. So you guys have a whopping 1min 40s / km on me, when 10 miles (16 km) in to your run...
0:06 I still can get my head around why sometimes athletes represent Great Britain and sometimes only England, Scotland or Wales. For example, in athletics I think I only saw Great Britain uniforms, but in football England, Scotland and Wales are represented separately. Could anyone explain it to me? It's so confusing ahah
England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland are the four “home nations” of the UK; in domestic and Commonwealth-based competitions, athletes represent their home nation. In other international competitions, athletes from England, Scotland, and Wales represent Great Britain; athletes from Northern Ireland may choose to represent either Great Britain or Ireland. Competitions between the home nations in football, rugby, and cricket predate the spread of those sports internationally, so they continue to be recognized separately in lieu of a unified Great Britain team. (Two exceptions: rugby and cricket field all-Ireland teams, and the English cricket team includes Wales.)
Id love to know (I've never had a coach...) how in the heck these athletes look so very relaxed and effortless and not Even like they're pushing at a pace I've literally only ever achieved a few times while sprinting. I know I'm under 5ft tall, but ... I mean ... How?
Yeah I ran a 5:50 min/km 10k yesterday.. maybe I'll walk again someday, but not today. These ladies were cruising at 4:22 min/km for almost triple that distance in their "easy run".. and I've seen them run much faster.
They are going faster than my 5k race pace on their easy day!! If I can do my 5 k in 29 mins (or less if a miracle happens!!), I’m one happy girl!! (Oddly enough, doing a 10 k, my second 5 k is anywhere from 2-5 mins faster!!!!)
yep, they started at my 10k race pace then shifted gears to my 5k pace in the second half. Amazing athletes! It's all relative, Phily's 10k pace is 5:14 m/m or 3:16 min/km so she's running much slower here, between 7:00-7:15 min/mi or 4:30-40 min/km. Running 2 min/mi or 1:20 min/km slower than your race pace is a good easy pace. I try to do that, too, running around 9:15-30 min/mi on my easy runs when my 10k pace is 7:15 min/mi (5:45-55 min/km and 4:30 respectively).
I really enjoyed watching that video this morning in sunny and hot California! Just hearing about the other girls and watching the absolutely gorgeous scenery as you ran made me want to get back to France ASAP. And of course, ending with sublime French pastries.🥐
No surprises here: the Finnish girl social distanced herself out of the video like a true Finn. Everyone will have trouble remembering her name in the future as well, no doubt.
I’m not quite sure that driving to a run is the best way to improve a community’s fitness. Of course it will work for some, but exercise as part of life is a more attractive way to stay healthy.
That people will assume fitness requires long runs in lovely countryside - it doesn’t - it should be part of ordinary life, not something which requires a vehicle to be obtained.
When the long run easy pace is (way) faster than my race pace 🤣
Great motivation as I get ready to head out for my workout.
#LoveTheGrind 💪🏼🙌🏼
Yessssss!!! Frig! I hear you!!
Just came back from a long run in sunny Berlin. Now freshly showered with a post run meal on the couch watching this video. Life is good :)
Oh, that was Nathalie Blomqvist! So nice to see this young runner from my hometown in your video ❤
Love these big group sessions. So cool to see all the different athletes and their backgrounds. Great job! LOVE THE GRIND =D
Just had a long run in beautiful weather here in Melbourne...absolutely stunner of a day
Your French is absolutely coming along, Phily ! Very pastry-focused, but that’s 50% of the language anyway 😁
The talk about the baggage allowance and warm French pastry in your suitcase was so funny 😂 Abby is so endearing …great video
Your videos are so fun to watch. I like to play them while I’m at work. Keeps me motivated. Wish I had a group to run with like that. How fun!
What an awesome pacing for a long run!!! So inspiring 💕
I had fun running in the French sunshine too. Hill session this morning: 4k and 800m of climbing :). Nice view from the top.
You are so fast. Thanks for putting the splits and let us see the easy pace.
Just a really nice, joyful video. Thoroughly enjoyed watching that!
the LOVE THE GRIND at the end was brilliant. Phily - you own the camera!
Love the community you've built. Let's go ladies.
Enfin les patisseries! I love pain au chocolat aux amandes, it's my fav! also it does actually travel ok... (I've tested that). Great video and so nice to have a run with a lovely group. Daniel, excellent music choice!
Just got my own 16mile run done here in sunny Ireland, all my mates are racing today, had to dig in on my own
Such a great video!!
Love Font Romeu, so quiet and peaceful up there and great place to run. The big lake is a cool place for a walk.
Great run! Great people!
Love the score cards! Wish I could come see you kill it at "The Night Of The 10000m PB'S" next weekend but I need to spend that night being anxious about the Hackney Half 😂
Loving the music intro!! More of this please 💪💪love the vlog as per Usual 💪💪

Philly 'Bear Hunter' Bowden.
Abbie sounds like a mouse. A fast mouse.
Im amazed at how fast your slow runs are. I guess it's all relative.
You and me both!! And how low she can keep her HR at those paces!!!
@@kecrn4132 and talk! 😂
Just got back from my long run and this comes up 😂
LoVe ThE gRiNd 🏃🏼♂️
That looked like the perfect long run.
Whats the collective noun for a group of badass female athletes on a training run? A giggle? A buzz? An awe?
Great video!!!
And they are not even tired, lol. Makes you feel worthless. Well done. Wish i had that skill.

What is you cadence and stride length when going marathon pace? What do you do to improve your stride length?
*Technically* I could run each one of those miles with you guys at that pace. Just not all together, or for that far, and it wouldn't be an easy run 😂
Id love to know (I've never had a coach...) how in the heck these athletes look so very relaxed and effortless and not Even like they're pushing at a pace I've literally only ever achieved a few times while sprinting. I know I'm under 5ft tall, but ... I mean ... How?

Nice content hun
Question ...
Hiw long would it take to cut 2 mins of a 5k at 21:51
And also to cut 2-3 mins from a 47 min 10k
Good Pace for long sunday run
Is that shoe gag anything to do with a certain Mr Felton accidentally revealing superblast 2s in his video?
So love your videos ❤
Happiness in all shapes and sizes of pastry
Fucked up, thats Nathalie Blomqvist. She just came 5th at 5000m at the European championships.
These videos are so great
What song was that first song? Love it. Oh, and love the grind 😊
Abby if you’re reading this you’re a gem of a human
Ugh yes, phily - save those damn bees 💛
Lovely video ❤
That baguette!😋
What song is playing in the intro?
I was a bit worried when you pulled out the toilet paper roll in the carpark.
People who don’t know: “They’re all from GB. How different can their accents be?”
Same people after listening to your mid-run banter: 😳
White bread police 🚨
Abby so cute 😭😍😍
Plz give me some effective workout for

Saludos desde mexico 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
UK people still in big jackets and puffers really make me want to skip my overheated booty back across the pond where I’m supposed to be 😭

I saved a beeeeee
4.30 a minute and chatting around while i would just die within 2 minutes at that pace. Age is so cruel.

What nonsense are u on about, I meet all my mates at a certain mutual meeting point all d time
@@robertbutlin3708What on earth are you waffling about? When did anyone in the video say that? Or even imply that?
These videos never fail to motivate me to get out on my run… and eat pastries ❤
