I love that The Running Channel is super inclusive: wanna bolt and be super insanely fast, cool, come along! Slower runner, that’s totally fine, you are welcome too! The team are so lovely and the special guest pacers were an awesome addition!! Running first 10k in Edinburgh in Sept. This morning off to meet We Run Edin for a run - who i found out about because of The Running Channel who did a clip with them on their podcast!!! 🎉❤🏃♀️ Ps - all keep seeing are yellow cars 🚖😂
Nice to see you as a guest pacer! You're a good (temporary?) addition to the fantastic running channel team. You're inspiring me to run, and I'm will be running my first half-marathon at age 63 in 4 weeks.
That has to go down as one of the best videos you guys have done this year wow what a video fantastic achievements all round….. PBs for everyone❤❤❤❤❤❤ amazing job running channel🎉
This is for sure one of my most memorable running related events! What a privilege it was to run with this community and supporting everyone to a lifetime personal. I am extremely privilege to have been invited along to share this moment with amazing people. Thank you Running Channel
Your energy is so infectious! As a slower runner, having pacers & people like you (& the other folks in the TRC team) is what makes us feel welcome and like we too belong. This should never be underestimated ❤
I love Aubrey’s enthusiasm and smile, he brings the joy to the run. This just shows why running is such a close, supportive sport. I’m training for a 10k PB at the minute but going to tackle the Manchester Marathon next year
You’re so kind. You honestly can’t help it when you belong to such a community and have been invited to join one of your favourite running channel on such a momentus occasion
I can do a 54 min 10k. But my HM time was 2 hours and 10mins. I hit the wall massively. Literally felt like I was going to pass out. I'm doin a HM in September. My first organised one. Good luck with yours!
This is what I love about The Running Channel. They cater for all sorts/speeds of runners, from the crazily fast runners to the back of the pack runners. We are all represented
Love seeing wider variety of paces, we slower runners are just as valid as speedy ones. I'm currently training for my first half marathon which is less than a month away!
I would have been in the fastest pace group, so I guess I am not that slow, but I just want to say... yeah you are! Don't even doubt that your times mean less than someone with a faster time. Everyone is killing it.
Such a fun day!! So grateful to have walked (stumbled…) away with a shiny new PB thanks to the lovely girls I met on the course 🎉 I knew I was on track if I could hear Sarah chatting away behind me 😂
Can’t believe I’m crying watching this 😂 When you think about a PB sometimes it doesn’t register that it’s literally the fastest you’ve ever been and is a MASSIVE achievement. Hearing all the pacers being so encouraging during and then so psyched for their runners at the end, really got me. And the effort of everyone there, I’m going to set myself off again 😭 I’m currently using Runna for the faster 5K plan. Hoping to break 28:30 when I’m done 😊
Absolutely love what TRC does for the community! I also can’t say how amazing it was to watch the guest pacers take time out of their schedules to take part in this event. Much respect to all of you from West Virginia.
I have been there before where I needed someone to just believe I could do it so I simply wanted to make sure they knew I BELIEVED! Such a privilege and honour!
This is quickly becoming my favourite video/format on the channel. Currently training for the Big Half with the ambitious goal of knocking 20mins of my PB.
I've been waiting for this video ever since you guys posted it on insta! Such amazing performance everyone! My favorite thing was when Aubrey says his team puts just as much effort as everyone else. Such important message. I'm currently training for 25 min 5k, which is happening in 4 weeks. Super super nervous! And I want to attempt for my first half before the end of this year.
This is such a great video concept! Almost exactly a year ago I was nearly 300 lbs. (136 kg) and couldn't jog/run more than 1 minute or so without walking. After getting my nutrition straight, and falling in love with running again, I'm down to about 170 lbs. (77 kg) and getting ready to run my first organized race, of any distance, since High School (over 25 years ago!). The 10k course is rather hilly, but based on my training I think a sub 45 is well within reach. Channels like yours are such a great resource for someone like me, keep up the good work!
What an incredible day this was!! Thank you so much for pacing me to a 3 minute PB! I had such a fun day - this was the best run EVER!! Thank you so much for having me 😆
Absolutely loved this day! My legs were almost buckling right at the end! I’m definitely not a fast runner - more of a plodder - but I still managed to knock off 7mins from last year’s 10km race 🙌 Thankyou for having me TRC 😁
Training for the Great south run in Portsmouth, UK! Managed to suprise myself with my first ever race being a 10k and finishing with a 50:28, looking forward to a smashing it in October!
Absolutely Incredible effort to All, well done.... I literally downloaded the Runner app last night with a hope to get back into running. I sadly lost my Dad at the end of 2021 and the weight started to creep back on and on and on.... Hit with a bout of nasty food poisoning last year, (Still getting over that) I'm getting ready to Start to run again, get the weight off and hopefully Start to live my life again..... I'm at my heaviest .... I'm sick of saying One day.... now it's Day One
I am training for my first marathon. first half marathon was done last march with runna and I think runna is going to help me for my first full one. I am 52 and started running at end of last year. you guys inpire me. every time I feel low about going out for training you guys push me to it. thanks !
I’m training for the Athens marathon! I had a goal of 40 marathons before I turn 40, with the last race being Athens. I did it🎉🎉🎉🎉 November will complete a nearly 20 year goal.
I think this might be my favourite video format from the running channel! Never fails to motivate me and put a smile on my face. I've recently moved from Australia to the UK on my own and I'm training as a way to meet new people, plus I'm aiming to pull off my first marathon whilst I'm here!!
Got into running a few weeks ago set my sights on the humber half in September haven't ran any races yet but very excited. Watched a lot of TRC videos has really inspired me and kept me motived very interesting and entertaining content.
This was such an inspiring video! I loved seeing all the pace groups and just feeling the unity of the running community in an event like this. Definitely made me emotional to hear the presenters and special guests coaching/cheering on their runners. PS: I am 30 weeks out from my second marathon and am hoping to break 5 hours this time around, so right now I’m training to get my base mileage up despite the heat of the Texan summer.
Was a fantastic day guys, thanks very much for having me. The pacers / running channel team were very friendly and was an awesome atmosphere all round!
Really inspiring to see all the wonderful people of the community going for it! 🎉 Just got into running and I definitely need to sign up to a race soon 🫣🤩
This is so cool! I am training for a half marathon at the moment and fully channel Andy's words "this is an opportunity to..." (fill in the blank, run faster or further or happier or whatever I decide Andy would coach me with at that moment) to help me stay positive and enjoy the run! These videos are the best and so encouraging! Well done everyone, you're all legends!!!
Those videos are such a joy to watch. So many happy face and emotions. Thanks TRC for bringing the fun of running to the people! Starting my 2-hrs halfmarathon plan in about 4 weeks.
You picked the best pacers for the times - loved Aubrey encouraging all of the runners like a proud father - so sweet! Such an antithesis to my internal voice sometimes - I’ll take the gentle encouragement with me as I train for a half marathon :)
Currently been using the Runna app for about 8 weeks, and it has helped out so much! It is so giving, and it makes it a lot easier to actually get out there and get the training done. I am currently training for the Oslo City Half-Marathon, and trying to work my way to the sub 1:30:00 mark! Well done with the pacing, love your content!
These are definitely my favourite videos to watch. So many different people, running different paces so it becomes relatable to everyone and seeing others achieve their goals must be so rewarding
This is amazing motivation. Great to see the running community coming together to help push each other. Definitely spurring me onto to achieve my 5k pb.
The only bad thing with these if you watch it at work and when you tear up at when they finish, it's quite a feat to explain why you have tears in your eyes working on an excel. Great to see this!!
I love seeing the support the whole way through the pack! I'm currently using Runna to train for a marathon and it's amazing. I love the variety, pace goals and inbuilt strength - I can't recommend it enough!
This is so lovely, great work hyping everyone up all getting within one minute. I'm training with Runna for a 10k in a couple of months at the moment, only cracked 5k for the first time a month ago and the program gave me the confidence to push through to 10k for the first time this afternoon. Now just to follow it's advice and see how far we can pull that pace in 7 weeks!
The line "your body's never done this before" is so inspiring! Training (slowly) for my first 5K! The channel's inspired me to go out and see what my body can do :)
Unreal guys. This is why I love that team. Currently training for the Dublin Marathon in October using the Runna App. Loving it. Im on track to smash my PB because of you guys.
Wow, what an inspiring video! I’m new to the channel and loving every bit of it. At 46 years old, I’m training for my first 5K at the moment. With all the tips on this channel I’m confident that I can pull it off!
This was such a fun watch and really inspiring to see all these people pushing so hard! I'm busy training for the Cape Town marathon in October and hoping to do it in under 3:30!
I’m currently training for a half marathon to be followed by the Honolulu marathon. I love the Running Channel, you guys are the greatest. This video was amazing. It is so much fun to watch people achieve goals, that they may not have thought was possible. It made me emotional. Thank you so very much.
Love seeing the runners and pacers push themselves and support others! Im currently training for a PB half marathon attempt at the Space Coast Half Marathon in November, and have been using the Runna app to track my progress.
These pacing videos are so inspiring!! Amazing to see the love and support. Congrats to all the runners who took part. Wish I lived in the UK just so I could join
What a brilliant feelgood video! After 2 heart attacks in 2019 and weighing in at 21 stones plus, I took up running and haven't looked back. I'm now 4 stones lighter and my 5k time is down from 45 minutes to just over 32 minutes. I'm currently just starting training for the Great South Run in October (10 miles) with a target time of 2 hours
Currently training for my first Marathon. Those kind of events (and the videos of them) keep me super motivated. Thanks to the whole Running Channel Team and Congrats to all the runners!
I'm training for Manchester Half in October and I can't wait. The Running Channel videos/podcasts always make feel like running even when I have the least motivation. It was an awesome video!!
Absolutely adored Aubrey's commentary on effort. "It doesnt matter how long it takes, the effort is still there." I cried when he said it because its hard not to compare yourself. I picked running back up in February after a long hiatus. I've run two 5k races and now I'm training for my first 10k. Thanks for the lovely video to keep going with my runna training plan. 🎉❤
Been watching lots of your videos. Learned loads from you guys and improved my pace greatly this year. I'm currently training for Jönköping Marathon which is my first marathon ever. I've run half marathons three times but went out on a limb this year bolstered by Sarahs London marathon. Love the energy you guys give to the community! Even started listening on your podcast.
Well done everyone. You all smashed it!!! Love this concept of helping others to PBs, also having non TRC team helping out too was awesome. Keep it up. Training for a 5k at the end of August, hopefully PB but training is hard!!!
This video talks a lesson to many competitive athletes: we are in this sport together and not against each other. Huge motivation coming from this video. I am currently training for my first long distance triathlon in 2025, hope I can manage to finish it!
New watcher to this channel, and loving it. Currently recovering after recent Hernia Surgery, and can't wait to get back out to get some new PBs in my 5km and 10km runs. Fingers crossed I can get my form back. 🤞🤞 Keep up the great work Team. 🥇
I loved your video. You made so many people happy about themselves. Currently preparing to start the training for Malaga Marathon. I'll see you all there. Can't wait!
Great video - soooo inspiring! Makes me excited to get back fit and running again. In terms of the Runna subscription and shoes, i'd like to nominate my brother Ben. Ben has autism, which brings it's own challenges to training - but since starting parkrun (he's now on 96 runs) he has lost 5 stone and his lifestyle and confidence have changed entirely. He's now training for his first ever 10k , which is a race in October - and I couldn't be any more proud of him.
I loved every second!❤ Helping someone attain a PB has got to be an incredible feeling. So proud of everyone, the first all the way to the last to cross the finish line. Well done!! I'm about to start training for a 5K PB. I would be much more confident with training and pacing assistance. Way to go runners!🎉
These are always awesome videos. The first video of this series was even more emotional. Always cool to do something for others. Awesome to see other faces besides Mo, Sarah, Jess, Rick & Andy. I'm training for a half marathon in september, currently aiming to smash my pb.
Hi guys first of all congratulations to you all with your amazing team efforts. This is exactly what I need loads of support. Mentally I think it's harder than physically. I'm currently training for a half marathon pb. However, two months later I'm wanting to quickly switch things up pace to a 10k. Im loving the kit colours on you all. 😍 I've started to run with a long term plan now. Your sessions look absolutely spot on. Well done pacers xx
Great video very inspirational! I’m training for my first half marathon in 12 years in September. Goal 1 is finish it, Goal 2 is beat my previous time and Goal 3 is sub-2 hour. Needed this motivation from the video and enjoy listening to the podcast on my runs, thanks TRC!
These videos are great. I did a 16 week block to get my first sub 30. I was not a runner at all before that point. I am now training to build up to run 21km non stop. This channel has really helped keep me interested
Thank you for this masterpiece video. It shows what could be achieved when amazing people work together and encourage eachother. A big well done to the runners too!
These videos are great. It makes me want to go out training more. I am currently training for the kilkenny and Dublin marathon in september and october. All your videos make it so enjoyable to go out running
Dear Running Channel team, I wanted to thank you for your fantastic videos. They’ve been incredibly inspiring and helpful. In August, I’m starting an 8-week training plan that I’ve put together using your '5-6 times a week training plan' and '3 times a week trainingplan' to fit my lifestyle. Your unique workouts and tips have been invaluable. Thanks again for all you do! Best regards, Jesper Pelle,
This is the running community at its very best! These types of videos are my favourite, got quite emotional seeing how much it meant to everyone. Currently training for the Yorkshire Marathon, wanna hit that sub 4 hours. Love the videos guys ❤️❤️
Ps - all keep seeing are yellow cars 🚖😂
Pacing runners to a new PB may be more rewarding that getting one yourself 👀 Thanks for having me Running Channel team!
We agree Ben! Thanks so much for coming along and making a great day even better! 😁
Nice to see you as a guest pacer! You're a good (temporary?) addition to the fantastic running channel team. You're inspiring me to run, and I'm will be running my first half-marathon at age 63 in 4 weeks.
Running Channel, this is absolutely pure awesomeness! This is exactly the kind of energy we all need!
That has to go down as one of the best videos you guys have done this year wow what a video fantastic achievements all round….. PBs for everyone❤❤❤❤❤❤ amazing job running channel🎉
The most inspirational event I’ve seen in a long time. Great to such a diverse group achieve what they thought beyond them. Loved it. 👍
This is for sure one of my most memorable running related events! What a privilege it was to run with this community and supporting everyone to a lifetime personal. I am extremely privilege to have been invited along to share this moment with amazing people. Thank you Running Channel
Your vibes are immaculate. What an absolute joy to watch. BTW, if I had been there, I would have been in your group. Maybe next time, eh :D
This video genuinely made me tear up at the end when Aubrey was cheering on jodie ! Amazing episode!!!
I am still feeling pride in what she achieved! Such a privilege to be beside her during this moment! Well done Jodie
Thank you so much for everything! This was the best day, and I am so happy to be a part of this video ❤ THANK YOU AUBREY 😊
What a privilege this was Jodie… thank you so much for trusting me and showing me how great this community is
Well done Jodie you nailed it!!
Great job Jodie! You looked great out there!
Aubrey is the most incredible motivator, i would do anything that man told me!
Currently training to try and break my 5k pb at start of September 💪
This just made me smile! You’re very kind! Thank you so much! All the best with your race 😊
And I love how his son tags along. I love the video his son imitating all the running video hosts, I think it was during London marathon...
I recently broke my 63 min 10k PB and ran 57 minutes! Now I'm setting my sights on a sub 2 hour half marathon in October 💪
Best of luck!👍
You will smash it! Good luck.
Saaamme! 🎉
Good luck!
Let’s go! I hear you!!!
I would have been in the fastest pace group, so I guess I am not that slow, but I just want to say... yeah you are! Don't even doubt that your times mean less than someone with a faster time. Everyone is killing it.
Such a fun day!! So grateful to have walked (stumbled…) away with a shiny new PB thanks to the lovely girls I met on the course 🎉 I knew I was on track if I could hear Sarah chatting away behind me 😂
So glad you enjoyed Amber! Congratulations on a brilliant PB 👏
I'm just walking at the moment but I would like to do parkruns
Congrats Amber!
And the effort of everyone there, I’m going to set myself off again 😭
I’m currently using Runna for the faster 5K plan. Hoping to break 28:30 when I’m done 😊
I was there - it was a great day! Names on the shirts was a great idea and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Thanks TRC!
Really glad you enjoyed it Rob! We had an amazing time too
This made me cry. The guy pacing the 70min was so inspiring. Loved it!!
I absolutely love the culture and this community, absolutely felt it when Sarah was shouting at the finish line! Super cool!
I agree 100%
Absolutely love what TRC does for the community! I also can’t say how amazing it was to watch the guest pacers take time out of their schedules to take part in this event. Much respect to all of you from West Virginia.
A privilege… simply an honour to have been invited. When the running channel invites you, you go! 😂😂😂
Thank you so much, we love doing videos like this
Such a great video. Aubrey screaming at the end of his run of how proud he was, almost choked me. Ps I train for me, nothing else.

Let’s go!!!! It’s so true! They work just as hard if not harder because they are out there for longer (just don’t tell the faster runners! 😂😂😂)
Always love Aubreys energy! I'm currently training for royal parks half marathon. :)
He has a great energy! Ooooo good luck!
That was my first half marathon, it’s a fantastic course!
I’m smiling ear to ear! Thank you so much for such kind words! Thank you so much!
This is such a great video concept! Almost exactly a year ago I was nearly 300 lbs. (136 kg) and couldn't jog/run more than 1 minute or so without walking. Many yellow cars, i mean people. I like the colors on shoes and clothes. So great!
What an incredible day this was!! Thank you so much for pacing me to a 3 minute PB! I had such a fun day - this was the best run EVER!! Thank you so much for having me 😆
Congrats on your PB!
What a fantastic day! Got my 10k PB, made some friends and left feeling doubley inspired for my next training block. Thanks TRC!
Could barely watch this video through all the tears. Seriously, more of these. Love the emotion and all the incredible work.
What a wholesome video that showcases the best of the running community!
Currently training just to get back at it after a marathon in April!
Absolutely love PB videos! Aubrey speaking to relative effort no matter the pace really resonated with me today.
We all need to hear it! We are working just as hard 😊
Absolutely Incredible effort to All, well done.... I literally downloaded the Runner app last night with a hope to get back into running. I sadly lost my Dad at the end of 2021 and the weight started to creep back on and on and on.... You've got this!
I have 2 marathons, will get to 3 before I'm 56... so running as many marathons as my age will NOT be my goal, haha. But kudos on this achievement.
I think this might be my favourite video format from the running channel! Never fails to motivate me and put a smile on my face. I've recently moved from Australia to the UK on my own and I'm training as a way to meet new people, plus I'm aiming to pull off my first marathon whilst I'm here!!
great to see a mix of paces - we're not all super fast!!!!
Watching this with a big grin on my face. Love the positivity of it all. Running together can be so inspiring
Such a great day! Thanks for having me… note to self work on form 😂
Thank you for coming along!! It was so nice to meet you. Same time next year?!
Got into running a few weeks ago set my sights on the humber half in September haven't ran any races yet but very excited. Watched a lot of TRC videos has really inspired me and kept me motived very interesting and entertaining content.
Sarah shouting "Take the win!!!!" is THE MOMENT.
So relatable!
That’s when I cried so hard 🥹💪

He ordered a PB on Amazon prime 😂11:26
Hahaha
Nice one guys! If only the app was free I'd love to try it to improve my running times!
I hope you saw when it got delivered! Amazon prime doesn’t miss!
@@AubreyRunning In the context of running, that a really funny line😂😂😂
Was a fantastic day guys, thanks very much for having me. The pacers / running channel team were very friendly and was an awesome atmosphere all round!
Going for my first half marathon in September. Started running 321 days ago, and have been running every day since 🏃♂️
Best of luck!👍
I will do my first HM on September aswell!🏃🙏
Watch out for injuries, have some rest days. Good luck!
Really inspiring to see all the wonderful people of the community going for it! 🎉 Just got into running and I definitely need to sign up to a race soon 🫣🤩

Absolutely! I feel like “PB” doesn’t quite describe it!
Brilliant vid. Nice to see the entire Runninchannel team and Ben. You guys inspire me everyday to run. Embrace the pain.

It's a great way of all training and achieving together! 😁
Love this video! I am currently training for the Cardiff Half Marathon in October and have York 10k this Sunday too💛🧡🏃🏽♀️
Love seeing the runners and pacers push themselves and support others!
Good luck!
Congrats to the running channel and all the sponsors. The idea for this video was brilliant.
Currently training for my first Marathon. Those kind of events (and the videos of them) keep me super motivated. Thanks to the whole Running Channel Team and Congrats to all the runners!
This video made me smile a lot! Thanks guys for being so inclusive
I'm training for Manchester Half in October and I can't wait. The Running Channel videos/podcasts always make feel like running even when I have the least motivation. It was an awesome video!!
I always love these videos where you pace different groups of people. They're so uplifting.
Would love to see more of these! Always a pleasure to watch. Shoutout to Aubrey as well, great guest appearance :)
Love the inclusivity of paces and the energy and support of the pacers. As someone training also for a 10k PB, this was so inspiring!
What an amazing experience with some equally amazing people. Thank you so much TRC.
Brilliant! More challenges like this please. Really inspiring seeing runners at all different levels achieving pbs is awesome
Keep up the great work Team. 🥇
Loving this type of content and super cool to have a brand like PUMA support it!
As an on looker watching this feeling incredibly proud of all of these strangers achieving something they thought they couldn’t! Big inspiration
It looks like an amazing vibe to get yourself a new pb in! I'm currently training for a half marathon in october, which I'm very excited for.
Absolutely incredible effort from everyone. Currently working towards a sub 20min 5km… let’s go!
This was so emotional, a big well done to all the runners ❤ I’m training for the gnr and using the RUNNA app, I would defo recommend it
These videos are great. I did a 16 week block to get my first sub 30. I was not a runner at all before that point. I am now training to build up to run 21km non stop. This channel has really helped keep me interested
What a fun and inspiring video!! Those runners crushed it!! What an awesome experience! Well done, I got caught up in all the emotions!!
This is exactly the motivation I need to train for my first 10km! What a lovely positive video.
Dear Running Channel team,
I wanted to thank you for your fantastic videos.
Best regards,
Jesper Pelle,
That was brilliant. Really enjoyed watching this episode. Well done to all the runners. Currently training to run a half marathon in under 2 hours.
This is the running community at its very best! These types of videos are my favourite, got quite emotional seeing how much it meant to everyone. Currently training for the Yorkshire Marathon, wanna hit that sub 4 hours. Love the videos guys ❤️❤️
