Yeah, you'd have to have defilers for the lurks. In a typical game, tanks hit around 10-11 mins, and this D would've died. But many times, winning these 1v7s just come down to a good draw.
Can you do the same thing on the Hunters map? I don't see how would it work, because at the start you will have access to 1 gas only. But GG, anyway! I wish I had your skills!

True land based speaking your only faced with one opening but they can still bring in dropships, overlords and shuttles to a side and drop off a force to destory specific structures to limit and prevent an anti air response for a short time. Plus all sides get the same amount of resources so they dont need to expand as quickly which is when their defenses are thinned and ripe for assault. Many maps you can just strangle the computers by contuinously destorying their branching bases which have less defenses and win by default when they run out of resources.
I remember my friend who was gosu could beat 1v7 computer on any normal limited mineral map. He told me. As protoss he would use fastesst zealot rush and keep rushing zealots. As zerg he would rush 24 lings and then another army then to 12 mutas and then again then to 12 ultra rush. As terran he would build rine rush then another rine rush and i forgot what he did next. But that was in 2002 which was amazing. He told me that if rines attacked him mutas would win against rines. Zealots would slaughter amything in its path. Like 1 zealot beats a5 zerglings. He also told the computer builds slower than the human. Which is true. Comp doesnt queue up scvs.
You have awesome skills, but i would like to see a game against computers on insane level, they are not dumb and they research everything and use all kind of units, that would be a real challenge!

Should have spread out your overloads to both your bases and send one to follow the attacking group of Hydralisk. No idea why you let the white overload lurking in your base to live. You could have killed in at when you have Hydralisk but you didn't :(
impossible, the game has a glitch. I try this but they always manage to enter between the buildings. Here in this video there is enough space on the north of the the first gas extractor, the one in the left.
i've tried 1v7 with sunkens before and noticed that sometimes the zerg AI can send zerglings at 2:30min and its GG. Happened 2 times. Is there a way to play around this?.
I've got mixed feelings on these remaster textures. Most are beautiful, but idk, why does the hatchery/lair/hive look like a volcano? They look more like they're made of lava instead of flesh and blood.

This games vs AI depend on time to time. Comp evolves always different, this time U werent attacked by tanks somehow and no scan made... Orange terran - factory but no evolve futher.. Sometimes I saw some comps built only workers all game long. And sometimes they just overkill you with all stuff like tanks, storms and other spells. Strange stuff but still fun :)
hmm this is the easiest difficulty you can see at the size of the enemies base and their aggresiveness, if its the hardest difficulty I can survive if in 2 vs 6, if they attack your ally first to buy time to build Siege tanks behind bunker with turrets in front and at least 5 scvs with it for repairs. then use BCs to destroy enemies one by one, which could take 2 hours for me to finish the game and win.
I gave this a shot on a non-bgh, non-hunters map. I still used a single choke-point map, however. Eventually i'll try it on a map with multiple openings. th-cam.com/video/aaciJM6Ajpk/w-d-xo.html
If you had brought an Overlord with you when you did your Expansion, you wouldnt have lost control of that situation for about 5 minutes. You are also pretty slow at times. Other than that, nice job.
I would add to it the fact that during bigger part of the game we could hear "we require more vespen gas" mainly because one extractor on main base was 1/3 saturated ^^ but it's a detail comparing to such a brave idea and success ;) cheers!

I see 2 comp`s , not 7. If u play vs 7 - map is stuck by enemy units. But here we have just a clear map. Super weak comp attack. Such free-play game, with no defence at all, vs 7 comps - is impossible. Guy is defending vs 7 comps with ! 7 ! lurkers all game. WTF ? Do it in original BW 1998. Will laugh. Cheat game. Dislike.
Lame display of skill... 1v7 on a map with only one access, and turtle the base on a map with 15 nodes of 20k minerals each and 2 geysers 25k each... lame indeed Try that 1v7 on a map with a finite amount of resources on your main base and multiple entrances to the bases.... thats where you show skill.
This is also a 1v6. Red zerg is glitched out, which is funny, because they would have rolled in with overlords in that first attack. White was too far away.

mb this is old version cpu. Terran didn't use comsat... Zerg didn't send overlords etc
He's playing on Remastered: there's a timer and APM counter on the user interface. The AI hasn't been changed in decades.

If you cant use a sunken cony them you can make a sunken colony of lurkers.

You can try playing in Hunters instead of Big Game Hunters. It is harder due to limited resources.
Honestly the basic maps that come with the game are always more difficult.

I was thinking the same thing. Siege tanks would have been a problem.
Had that issue with white protoss in freeforall games. They get a gateway, and a forge then give up.
