Did I miss any reference to the 10 episode series SWAMP THING that ran on DC Comics' website in 2019? It was produced after TITANS and DOOM PATROL and before STARGIRL. The CW broadcast only the pilot. This led to SWAMP THING sometimes erroneously listed as "Cancelled after one episode."
Deadman would have been awesome if done right. There was plans for a Justice League Dark movie but that was canceled and became the first Suicide Squad movie.
Think about how cold it is, that Warner Bros, Cartoon Network and CW abandoned their DC fans in our own flesh and blood because of low ratings or bad writing from the writers, producers and Directors

Traced back to Smallville. Um. David Banner walking away every week to the sad piano ?. The Incredible Hulk, Wonder Woman, Bat Man...all came way before.
When it comes to most of these shows, they would have been so awesome, especially Justice League of America, and static shock. With some really good writing, directing a show, you can make most things work, case and point, Kamen Rider , they all have some cheesy costumes and it's still a great franchise, that said, superheroes and cheesy costumes, can work.
A film or tv project about The Spectre could be very successful if done right. He's an interesting character but DC/WB have slept on him for a long time now.

Best case for "Smallville was the worst thing to happen to DC ever!" is what the 1st half of this video should be called. Show was so trash, and thank god they never moved ahead with any of the planned spinoffs. 1st 15 mins- All shows are pure trash that should never have, and in the case of a few luckily, never existed in the 1st place aside from Hawk & Dove and Maybe Constantine. Adrianne Palicki remains the most wasted action actress around. We do not deserve her. And should have been WW in the Snyderverse. Unlike Gal, she can act and is actually believable in the role. 2nd 15 mins- Powerless was great full stop. Wonder Girl, Green Arrow & the Canaries, The question and would have been awesome. Not crying for the rest mentioned in this slot as they would have been trash. 3rd 15 mins- Love that you used Jim Beaver's Deadwood role for the Whitney Ellsworth pic for whatever reason. Global Frequencies looked interesting. But I really hate we never got Arrowverse Suicide Squad. Last 10 mins- Only miss Swamp Thing, which makes me wonder did I miss when they talked about the live action show being cancelled or did they forget about that one?
Thank you for saying about Smallville what I have been saying for years!! My God, that show was awful! I can't comprehend how it ended up having so many seasons! All I know is the audience must have been unintelligent and made up of mostly women. It was a soap opera with lackluster superpowers.
I'm BEYOND pissed that I just found out Static Shock movie got cancelled, static can never catch a break, same thing with Terry McGinnis, there was supposed to be a live action Batman Beyond movie but WB chose Nolan's Batman Begins instead.
Yes! If they want to do a good movie with a black character, Static would be a great choice, vs another meaningless race swap. With Static you have a character who was written as having the black experience. He'd likely be even more interesting than Miles Morales, as much as I like him. And far more realistic than movie Black Panther. To me, Naomi just came off as some cookie-cutter, spoiled upper middle-class girl. But, hey, I won't complain about Nolan's Batman.
I don't think there's many people who would use "unfortunately" and "cancelled" in the same sentence when it comes to "Naomi", unless it is accompanied by the phrase "later than it should have been".
Justice League @24:51 would have been AWESOME in the Crisis versions in CW Arrowerse. Especially since 1 was in it. Making a Question movie would be like Rorshach on steroids. I would love that adaptation.
What if... The Legion of Superheroes have their own pre-k series? With Superman as their teacher, the kid Legionnaires team up with other DC heroes training to be the next generation
Some series are thriving huh? They have officially announced the end of Superman and Lois after this season which is the last DC tv series running. That’s NOT what I would call thriving. 😂
There's not enough money in the world to make a Lobo series, we'll never see movie/series adaption of The Invisibles for the same reason. ......and I'm getting sick of saying this but it's pronounced Con-stan-tyne not Con-stan -teen. The later isn't even a name.
A Lobo r rated series would be awesome. Even fan videos with crossovers with ash and the evil dead are top. Oh well. Woke series is all we will get
You mean MA rated
It would be too expensive to make.
That's why we never got an Invisibles film.
At least there's rumors/theories that Jason Momoa might be Lobo in Gunn's DCU.
DC fans got “Birds of Prey” and “Batwoman” instead of that, one of the biggest fuck you I’ve ever seen
@34:42 That's not television producer Whitney Ellsworth. It's a photo of actor Jim Beaver as the character Whitney Ellsworth from Deadwood.
LOL Whoever edited this must have thought Whitney was kind of an eccentric person.
I think Question deserves a film version.

This Is a big number of TV shows
Deadman would have been awesome if done right. There was plans for a Justice League Dark movie but that was canceled and became the first Suicide Squad movie.
Ugh 😩 that ss movie was trash 🗑️
Constatine was a good ass show, I hate that it was canceled without tying up the loose ends
Vengeance will be Ours!!!!!!!!!
They did the world a favor when they canceled Batwoman lol
Batwoman was terrible. Too much bad writing and I didn’t like the protagonist at all. I did like the villains though.

You're braver than me. I couldn't make it past the trailers and I'm a huge DC fan.
You do realize they did the bruce tv show and it was only ment to go till he became batman

So glad to know all these happened in another timeline. So much great potential
What if... The Birds of Prey had a doll inspired show? Barbara Gordon training teen vigilantes to be the next best heroes of Gotham
They tried a Birds of Prey TV show and it failed.
@@biguy617 I know, and this idea should be their redemption for the small screen
@@marcusyates3044 only if it is done right
Powerless was fantastic
This project of a Wonder Woman prequel, maybe why a prequel is planned in the DCU
Traced back to Smallville.
Um. David Banner walking away every week to the sad piano ?.
The Incredible Hulk, Wonder Woman, Bat Man...all came way before.
This modern version

Would have liked to see The Spectre or The Question!

Gender movement took over not watch marvel movies I've been a marvel fan since 85 these movies and shows are disgraced to the past
Starman had a movie with Jeff Bridges and a TV show with somebody. I can't remember but at the same time. How can you not put that in here?
The 1980s Jeff Bridges film "Starman" and the single season TV series a few years later had nothing to do with DC or comic books.
I love Richard
