I have been in the manufacturing industry for about 45 years and am highly impressed with this factory tour. My last position I held before retiring was senior designer, my specialty was form, fit, and function. I met up with Wayne at the FMCA convention in Tucson AZ. and drove the unit with the four-point suspension on it. Needless to say we will be adding this to our coach as soon as we can.
I have liquid spring on my winnebago total game changer. Absolutely love it.

❤❤ This is some very helpful info. Having drove big trucks for 29 years, driving a truck with air ride suspension compared to spring is like night and day. Air is far better than spring.

Wayne was awesome tour guide for the factory tour. My friend just added the four-point install and absolutely loves it!!!
Just added the 2 point to my 2016 Winnebago 36Z. It feels like somehow there has been 10,000 pounds added to the rear of the coach. The rear end is now so solid and planted. That was my first reaction.
Of course, far fewer squeaks and creeks, and better handling. As we drove home we drove through a severe squall with the rain blowing sideways right against the side of the coach. I didn’t even notice it.
But now to a surprising pièce de résistance. When I got back to my home site, I lowered the rear and then proceeded to level. Overall the coach is much lower and closer to the ground, and the struts are only half extended compared to before. In this levelled position, the coach is far more stable.
Just my thoughts so far. In two weeks we head home and I am actually looking forward to the horrible roads in Pennsylvania just to see how much better things really are.
What an awesome tour! Great job Wayne and Matt. We had our 2018 Tiffin retrofitted with the 4 corner Liquid Springs at the factory last year and both the factory experience and the suspension experience since the retrofit were and have been awesome!

I put this on my tiffin years ago. First one in az . Wayne actually helped la mesa put them on.I eventually got a newmar newaire for many reasons , but the liquid make a big diffenrence.
Matt, I got my appointment set up for Feb, 4 corner system, at their Lafayette IN facility. I can't wait.
September 2021, we bought an Entegra Vision 29s and although Entegra calls their suspension EZ Drive and the comparable Jayco Allante calls theirs J Ride this is a bunch of marketing BS because my Entegra did not ride very good and I always had to be correcting the steering wheel to keep it going straight. Going over potholes would shake the whole coach. In December 2021 I decided to go with Liquid Spring rear suspension. The installation was done in February 2022 at Bus Tech in Sacramento Ca. I have only driven the coach from Sacramento to our home in Morgan Hill Ca and I immediately noticed that the coach would track straight and I did not have to keep moving the steering wheel back and forth which made for a very tiring drive. I also noticed that it would not sway when going over dips on the road, it was also quieter in the rear. The cost was roughly $14,000, which is a lot of money, but I look at it as an investment in the ride and much safer handling. If I could afford it later, I might get the front suspension done. I recommend Liquid Springs if you plan on keeping your coach for a while, it's a very good investment.

Is the accumulator gas over fluid for pressurization? Similar to the Citroen car suspension except that instead of mechanical continuous adjustment it's software controlled adjustment?
What is the result in immediate loss of pressure in a corner, similar to an airbag failure? Does the suspension react the same and just get sloppy or does it compress completely, effectively no suspension?
Why are they only doing the rear suspension on Tiffin?
the question is on what road because if you are going down I-80 that would be a great test

Newmar Canyon Star Front Engine Diesel comes with rear air suspension, can you install Liquid Springs Suspension System in the front?

The Liquid Springs are suspension-specific. The Canyon Star Front Diesel has a Freightliner suspension with rear air ride suspension so unfortunately there would not be a Liquid Springs retrofit available I believe.

How much weight dose ls add?
It is a minimal weight increase for what you gain in a much improved suspension. Contact Wayne Wells @ Liquid Springs for an exact number but I believe it would be around 250 pounds additional.
Is this system available for a class c with the E450 chassis
I believe that it is available on the Econoline chassis for motorhomes. They install it on ambulances and mini buses using the E cutaway chassis.

The people at the Liquid Spring factory are asking " why are these RVers so exited about our product?" ,
Well, we r part of an industry that uses the oldest and cheapest available parts and NO Quality Assurance in place, springs and leaf suspension was invented in the early 1800, yes 2 centuries ago. That says a lot about the neurothinking of most RV manufactures.
If it were up to the RV oems, they would still be selling RVs with propane and not seat belts in the back.
RV manufactures: why would we spend money in quality control if the Boomdockers are the best Quality Control, pro bono, free , that we have. They do our QC while on the road. Good thing they just make RVs and not airplanes.
Rv manufacturers: why would we offer a new line solution, we know is out there, to boomdockers if they are ready , willing and able to pay top dollars for the older solutions, anyway is not their money, the bank pays us. SG.
-Rv manufacturers on safety related to Gassers with Class A units are disposable during a head on collition, and a roll over. , that means that they will have to buy another RV. SoG hence it is smart to install springs and leaf susspension on RVs to help on the roll overs.

This is frustrating. We love your channel but the video constantly freezes in ALL of your videos all through out the video. I have to hit pause to get the video to catch up to the audio. Your channel is the ONLY one we have this problem with.
