This concertino is fabulous, not only for the elegance and grace but also the musical harmony. It was written by one of the greatest composers that ever existed so far, in my opinion. Czerny is not enough known, although his level as composer can be equivalent to others like Haydn, Beethoven, Mozart, etc. The sensitivity and talent of his work is amazing. Rosemary Tuck is an admirable, brilliant and astonishing pianist because her sensibility and technique that are sublime. The orchestra and direction are magnificent. Thanks for this unforgettable recording.

You will notice in this piece that while starting in C major with the orchestra, Czerny switches key to E major when the piano enters. Something Beethoven did a lot. Also, the slow movement starts as if it's going to turn into the English National Anthem. But it doesn't !!!
