Brilliant, many thanks for your video, we have exactly the same model and the fan was pretty grim. I was reluctant to remove the foam seal in case I damaged it but watching you do it, it came out pretty easily and now it’s all spick & span. Cheers

Thanks for sharing, really good info.
There are another 4 screws when you get to the internals, plus another 2 for the fan (6 in total) and the plastic piece with the electrics will lift out to clean the underside which I found was a hidden breeding ground for mould.

You are a true superstar for putting this on. We have been trying to work out how this comes off for the same reason. Thank you so much, really helpful.

Brilliant video. Thank you. I found out that the lid is detachable. At a certain angle it will lift off completely from the base unit.

I've got the smaller electric coolbox and I've been wondering how to get the fan and heatsink cleaned. Guess who has a job for the weekend.
    Thanks for the video

Thanks for sharing, I didn't know the screws were under the foam strip. I'm cleaning mine today, it's absolutely filthy.

Did this myself last night, you really would think they'd have an easy access panel to clean out the grot!

Buy a can of compressed air from places like ebay or computer stores and you could have blasted it out and from under boards, most important part to clean is those aluminium fins.
