@@onecutmedia super impressive dude, was hoping to get out that way this season. That being said, I really debate the reported length of the run. To do 6.8 miles in 4:58 you need to AVERAGE 82 mph (or 132 kph).
Wow, that was quiet. Must have been mid week. That last section gets really icy and choppy some times, I'd be nervous without having done a run first. Great level of fitness!
@onecutmedia felt both the memory of my legs burning and those sections where you're moving at pace where your mind starts up with the what-ifs. An emotive and enjoyable 5 minutes. Thanks 🙏
My wife did the same rum with an adaptive boy who decided he required the bathroom at the top, not groomed from highway 86 down and tracked on ski tracks 6 minutes 40
Thanks man, I really enjoyed your video. In fact, I needed it as a pick-me-up, sitting at my desk pretty wiped today. Peak to Creekside and Dave Murray are my favorite runs, I can only manage Peak to Creek in 10mins. Well done for getting it done in just about 5!
My previous best time was 5:24 on shorter skis th-cam.com/video/GHk5AhYU_L4/w-d-xo.html
You still got it, impressive!!
SZM hahahahaha

@@ritnerritner1 it’s kilometres. Not miles
@@onecutmedia its reported as 11Km being 6.8 miles

It was a Wednesday. They used to groom it twice a week. Now it’s twice a year 🤷♂️
@@onecutmedia haha yeah I know it well. I pretty much always take the gondala down now it’s too unpredictable and more importantly not much fun.
@@taholder I just rip down the Dave at full speed.
That was epic! I need to do that next winter! 100%
I had lots of fun doing this with you guys, I’ll be ready for it next year
So glad you beat your record 🤙🏼
nice to see you just made it in 5 minutes
It's not only 5000' vertical, it's 7 miles in length.
Just ripping it. I'm gonna try and do it under 10 minutes this season! Wish me luck!
Hopefully they groom the whole thing this winter 🤷♂️
Did they close down the mountain for you?? Where is everyone??
bert H Looked like they were the first ones up the chair
Clayton yep. First chair
holy quads
an empty and groomed peak to creek run has always been on my bucket list
They did not groom the bottom once last winter
@@onecutmedia yea i know, once vail took over the grooming has been pretty pathetic on peak to creek.
Awesome 👌
Thanks. It’s pretty hard to go that speed for me. So many blind spots

@@Matt-vo1ge I wish they would do a full groom like they used to. Last winter they did it twice but not that last section at the bottom sadly

I love this. what's route detail for this top-bottom run?
James Zhan peak to creak. One run
how long is the run?
Clocked stopped before actually reaching Creekside gondola so may have gone over the 5 min mark?
That because you are on the Dave Murray then
How do I get a onecutmedia sticker?!
Send me an email rick@onecutmedia.com
i wanna ski outside of australia so bad
Yeah my speed that day was 100%
I pass one cut at exactly 52 seconds
Awesome

You can't do that nowadats cos Vail never bother to groom it
Was great when they did it twice a week
