Dear Dr. Liu - Many thanks to you for all the precious information about the ten foods for eating healthy and its result. I heard a lot of positive information about Loma Linda and people are living longer because of their faith and being vegetarian.
What makes apples so healthy for you is the pectin content. Pectin is not a fake food. In fact you can make your own pectin by boiling the peels and cores of apples.

Hi Dr Liu, Thank you very much for your information, and I would like to know how much calcium needed daily for people above 71 years old. I appreciate for your help.
Funny when I was in graduate program years back, I tried ensure, energy bars etc. I felt hungry right after I finished any of them. I had to look for “real” foods😆 McDonal’s on campus came to rescue.
Very interesting and informative. Please let me ask this since you have mentioned oats for breakfast to help lower cholesterol…I usually have cooked rolled or steel cut oats with diced apples and 1/4 cup of blueberries and 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. Is this a good combination ? Whenever I do not eat this, I sometimes have basmati rice with sardines cooked in low sodium soy sauce and lemon covered with caramelized onions… Is this good as well or not ? Coffee is always black… If you please, kindly let me know if I am doing it right or wrong… Though, I can say for sure, taste wise, it is very tasty. 😊

I especially love this video. It could have been named "The value of eating whole foods" or "Surprise, surprise, constipation's role in your high cholesterol" or "Wonderful Fiber." And I love that you don't go terribly deep into in each sub-subject of the video. I always want to take notes but information comes fast and furiously -- wonderful, all but not easy to remember everything! Thank you so much so much for your contributions to my good health.
So interesting. Im so bummed because my gallbladder is not working well. I’ve been trying to eat vegetables and beans alot more, but the gallbladder isn’t good. Seeing doctor tomorrow so we will see. TMI, I poop 2 to 3 times aday eating so many vegetables and fruit. everyone on my moms side had gallbladder disease, so I wonder why this is happening to me. thank you for always giving good information 🤗
What did the doctor say? Mine wanted to remove my gallbladder but I convinced them I wanted to try a med to dissolve gallstones first and it is working. Saved my gallbladder from removal. My doctor brother recommended it to me. I am so grateful. He passed from a car accident so I never had the chance to thank him.

I really dislike cooked carrots. I prefer organic fresh carrots. It’s more flavoursome.
I glaze my cooked carrots with orange juice, honey and a dab of ginger.
Very informative and educational. Thank you!

Exactly!! 👍 thank you 🙏
Omg, this video make so much since. I've been having stomach pains and had a CT I have gallstones.
Coffee is always black…
If you please, kindly let me know if I am doing it right or wrong…
Though, I can say for sure, taste wise, it is very tasty. 😊
Doesn't bode well for the "carnivore diet"...
Desperate people do desperate things. No one yet knows the long lasting effects of humans on carnivore. Only time will tell.
@user-hw2ny4wk8j Not just desperate people, but people who want to cash in on sensationalistic ideas, and also, people who want to believe the things that they like are healthier for you than they actually are
I especially love this video.
Helpful video . Eating too much is also not good
I wrote to Trader Joe's and requested oat groats. Would be great if others did also😊
Is oatmeal good for diabetics also?
Will overnight oats that are not cooked have the same benefit of cooked oats?
Need cookbooks on this

Thank you for such detailed information. Would you consider air popped popcorn (no SOS) a whole food source for insoluble fiber? Souble fiber?
I love popcorn!
Are green beans good to lower cholesterol?
Do you know Dr Fuhrman?
I thought oat products in the U.S. still contained high levels of Glyphosate (Roundup) ?
