So I ran into an issue. I work at a MATES facility in New Mexico. We recently got over a dozen M1151A1 trucks laterally transferred to our property book. There is just one issue. The previous unit deleted all the usage and did not close out one of the dispatches correctly. I was able to find the notification number, but I am unable to “re process” it because the notification was not created under our work center. By any chance do you know of a way how I can close out this dispatch? I tired everything. Thanks Cheif!
Chief, Trying to put together an Alert dispatching process as well as bringing those dispatches back into the system. I am just needing a reference for creating the code that you create once you have a template built before you highlight all the equipment that you alert dispatch. Do you have a video on this process?
If your XO is in the CDR REP position it will go to his G-Army work center. If they aren’t in that position they don’t have access to sign the dispatch.

Something like this would require a HD Ticket to let them resolve it.

Chief, how would I attach/dispatch a trailer ?
You just dispatch the trailer as you would the truck but put in the note area what truck it will be attached to.

How do you extend a dispatch for vehicles?
I don’t know of a way to do it in the system. Most units do it through a MFR.
