I'm writing to inquire about equipment categories and their impact on vehicle dispatching. We currently have vehicles in our fleet that are coded "H" and are experiencing difficulties dispatching them. Vehicles coded "F" dispatch without any issues. I'm wondering if you have any knowledge or experience regarding equipment categories and how to adjust them if necessary. Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Doing this helped me realize I had the wrong FE written down this whole time. When I run an ESR I type in my UIC and it converts it to a string of numbers for the "force element". Turns out the number it puts in that column is actually my cost center. Thanks for the info!

Chief, is it possible to order class 2 against an M1 notification? i.e. if my vehicle is missing a fire extinguisher, or another deadlining fault that requires ordering a class 2 item? If not, what would be the best way to go about this. Thanks in advance!

I am just needing a reference for creating the code that you create once you have a template built before you highlight all the equipment that you alert dispatch.
