    I am honestly so proudly of you demi I can't, never expected you to change your ways because I know you were struggling before. I am so proudly of you challenging and honour morning your hunger and cravings but remember don't stop because you've still got as long way to recover.🤗❤

    What about challenging non organic or 'whole-foods' - maybe like heinz beans? or even a choc bar instead of a raw protein bar etc? I found it super hard to do, but so much better from a recovery stance and cheaper lol!!

      Yasss!! Chocolate bars are great snacks! And ice cream and cookies etc. and cheese on top of the beans and butter on the toasts!!

      💯 agree that there are small ways of challenging the ED that are important... like having normal potatoes instead of opting for sweet potato all the time. You can convince yourself that you like it better which you may, but you need to test that out because EDs are sneaky and make us think we don't like things when we do.

      @@Nadine56924 in recovery you must eat all foods. "health" foods should be avoided at all costs. You can't recover (physically but also mentally) by eating diet products and low calorie etc. Your body needs the most calories and fat and sugar and protein. So anything low in those nutrients will just set you back or keep you in the same place. When the whole point of recovery is to move forward.

    i lost 115 pounds in 5 months due to anorexia and i began my recovery when you began yours and i am still struggling really hard right now but i wanted to say that i am so proud of how far you’ve come. you motivated me from the beginning and im so thankful. i also wanted to comment on how beautiful and hydrated you look recently!! 💗💗 im so proud of you, i understand how hard it is and you’re incredible 💞

    it is only when we are uncomfortable that we begin flourishing and growing
    so keep the momentum going, the more you push, the less room ur ed has space to take space in your life
