That smile at the beginning.... Almost forgot. Glad to see your still making good educational videos for all us DA's. Your numbers have changed give me a call!
Great idea! Colin Furze put an adjustable bypass in something similar. Would help when you want more finess than a trigger burst. Have you come across anything it wouldnt chooch out or in yet?
It works great for assembly. 99% of the time the pump can handle it. Unfortunately, the pump is too weak for disassembly. I have to use a bigger air powered press for that which is slow and feels like it takes forever on the difficult stuff. The manual handle pump in the press I modified is stronger than the electric pump. However, when assembling gear sets, it gets the job done and very quickly. You can modulate the speed and pressure via the release valve lever. Bleed off some pressure as it pumps and you can have some control.
wish this was more in depth on how it was put together

How did you make that jack work with that pump

Do you happen to have a video for the electric addition?

Have you really tested it's strength?
Very nice!
Did you make any internal adjustments to the piston to make it work like this?
No. Just removed the check ball.
@@GVR1670 thanks
How much ton you can push with that pump? Thanks
No idea. Not near as much as the hand crank.
Single stage valve or double acting?
Single
