The dachshunds are the cutest swimmers. They have the flapping bat wing ears, along with the whirlybird tails....so sweet! Also, miss all the other small dogs having a great time.
I miss these little guys & gals! Despite their size, they're so full of energy & zest! OMG so cute 10:51, they all shuffled together in a row every time Luke had the toy 😆🥰❤
That made me laugh so much! They’re so cute. My brother has had several. I can’t wait to meet the newest next month during Thanksgiving visit. They’re so athletic for having such short legs!
I've got two minis myself and I swear they have more personality in their tails than most dogs have in their entire bodies! They absolutely put their all into everything they do - there's no half-way with a Dachshund. And yes, they do bring a smile to everyone they meet. I've even had people wave and honk from their cars when we're on our daily walks. It's really amazing.

How I've missed these little fireballs! There's nothing better than watching a herd of ridiculously long dogs with absurdly short legs and wonderful flappy ears intently chase a ball 5 times bigger than they are...unless it's watching Zeus hurl himself headlong into the pool like he's going to take flight! I could watch the dachshunds all day...such little dogs, with such huge personalities! Thanks for the terrific video, Ben!
Dashies in the pool - great fun to watch. And still a wonder for me that they are voluntarily jumping in. I used to walk one when I was a teenager. Once Lumpi rolled in a dead duck, so bad, I had to wash him right there in that pond. It was nearly impossible to get water on him. But his barking and crying attracted a big audience all giving advice! I am sure he enjoyed his performance!
There's only one thing small about these dogs and that's their stature. They'll all 'big' dogs through and through with a heart for adventure. You don't realise how much we miss the 'small dog' days but it's so good to see videos like this. I'd forgotten the one whose tail goes round and round and can't remember his name, but smiles all round watching this video. I hope they're all happy and having fun wherever they go now. This was great! I am a dachshund lover and dachshund mom to Chloe a 7 yr old long haired shaded cream girl. She is the sweetest girl and loads of fun. She would love running around with all of the other doggies big and small! ❤
Yes, I agree with you there. I wish there was a way of combining the two but understand that, with a small family as well, without more staff with the same ethos, it's probably difficult to manage at the moment and something possibly for the future. A minimum requirement of 4 Luke and Jasons - 2 for the rescue dogs and 2 for the Doggy Daycare dogs.

These cute little dogs are smart, very protective and they're really a tuff little dog too, more than willing, and up for anything. I love them in the water, I've never seen so many swimming like this, it's great. Watching them sail thru the air and pounce on the toys. I wonder, do you think they even know their little, or is it just they're too smart to care. You can't help but be impressed!!

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I have a Menorcan Water Dog (small) and a Spanish Water Dog (medium) and they both hate the rain too - the sea and muddy puddles get a thumbs up but rain they hide from. Go figure. Lol.

Love to see the dachs…….I recently lost Issi who was 20years old, she had been healthy her whole life. She had become pretty much blind but could find her way about,loved life and her cuddles. I used to breed dachshunds, perspective owners often wondered if a dachshund could go long walks etc? I used to say…..you are likely to collapse before they do. They do need kind but firm training, they are energetic, stubborn, comical, always optimistic, loyal and loving.I know , I know most dogs are like this but a dachshund is all this in a tiny package.
So good to see the little dogs again.. I could watch the Dashies dock diving all day long....
