The change in ethics we all are seeing starts at the high school level. These kids are not being taught the right and wrong then, cause these "boat captains" are connecting their own ego with these kids catching fish or not. They're all also wanting to fish college and there are 10k high school kids trying to get 300 college spots (just using numbers for an example. I know its not correct).
But ultimately, grey area is only grey if its allowed to be. Its on Bass, npfl, mlf to shut those doors and along with the other anglers to squash any grey area exploitation and hold each other accountable. And not hide behind the skirts of "hurting a career" by not announcing anything if something happens.

The diffrence in this years rookie class regarding the info rule vs other classes is the diffrence in the EQ format. In past seasons you only had to win your division to be qualify for the elites and typically the only division that wasn't completed at the time the elite schedule was announced was the northern so you are only talking about maybe three guys who it would apply to.
