In this video I go over what it took to make my bag mounts, cups, and bolt my airbags into the car. I also show you what the front bag looks like going through it's full range of motion. This is my first time bagging a car, and I'm kind of just designing my mounts as I go.

I work professionally on fab and I enjoy doing things on the cheap... your presentation is really well developed. Your whole setup is awesome and budget friendly. Amazing quality bro. Not sure on angling the setup but I don't think it should hurt.

I bagged my truck with absolutely no know how. You are miles ahead of where I was at the same time. Wish i had seen this first. That being said I bought from airmax as well.
I got 2 480 compressors
A 5 gallon tank
1/2" air line (mistake)
6 valves, 2 for each front corner, and 2 for the rear
2 2500 bags for the front
2 2600 bags for the rear
Parallel 4 link etc, I wasted so much money.
Wish I knew about the paddles
There is a bump stop in your bag so bottoming out is not a problem and also gives you maximum lift.
Hey if I put in air suspension do i have to get shorter shocks , also I can't find where you did shocks mod part 2 ,....,...,,,..

On the rear of my w123, i made long shock brackets to go on the other side of the CV axle, and cut a hole in the trunk space for the shock to stick through and bolt in inside the car. So far its working well. Im working on the front airbag setup now using your video for ideas. Good video!

I have a 60s 4WD vehicle with 4 leaf springs and regular shock dampeners. (at 1:28 you see them)
I can't take out the leaf springs so I would replace the shock dampeners with airbags.
does that work as well? there are Monroe air shocks with a similar shape.

I know this is 2 years late but you could use a camber/caster plate instead of the square tubing and it would be much safer

I am trying to replicate this for my W124 and have a couple question. On the rear top does that bolt go all the way through that cup and also on the rear do the lines run out the bottom?

So far so good man.. That's quite a nice chunky spacer on that hub too. Keep us in the loop bro.
Thanks, that's a 1 1/4" spacer because these wheels are the wrong offset. But as you will see in part 2 I think they fit the look of the car perfectly, especially in the front.
@@wideband I got some 20mm spacers for the rear of my V70 (98) which has filled the stance out nicely. Strangely, the V70 rear axle width is 40mm narrower than the front from the factory.. so now they are equal.
@@justinjlawson Interesting, I never noticed that on my V70 but next time I see one I'll have to look closer. That is strange.

Lol! That sh*t is cheap, but it's time consumming and stressfull asf.. If I were you, I'm starting by saving money and doing a professional investment.
