Thank You for showing how to find the back seat clips on the 2003 Century. The other videos made it seem so easy to find the clips!! We both know that isn’t true! I would have given up if not for watching your video. Thank You so much! 👍🏻

Indeed, I usually only make a video if I cannot find a video on YT that has some useful bit that I can add to the conversation. So, I probably watched those other videos too and then decided to make this one.

I didn't see the removal of the drivers seat. Is that procedure the same as for the passenger seat?

yes very similar. i don’t have power seats in mine so the only thing that is different from the passenger side is the seat belt buckle sensor (idk what else it could be). i just had to unplug it from under the seat.

Late reply: but yes. If I didn't say it: be sure to remove the battery cable on at least one side. It is possible that some electrical issue such as static electricity can cause an air bag deployment whilst messing around with all those electrical connections and cleaning, etc.

@@stevebutler812I know it’s been a year, but do you remember if it’s possible to install the passenger seat on the drivers side?

I'm planning on doing this to a 98 and replacing the carpet

How'd that go? I recently pulled out the carpet from a Sienna, and very thoroughly cleaned it, and was able to get it super clean. But, that rag material was hell to dry. I left it inside the car, parked in the sun, during a heat wave, with the heater on, and ran the car for four hours before I got that insulation to dry out. But, the carpet came out very good. Maguires and lots of water and scrubbing with a vegetable brush.
