Excellent 👌🏽 am in Australia 🇦🇺 where functional medicine doctors are quite prohibitively expensive, mainstream general practitioners follow the drug companies & even our top specialists who are consultants & university professors are totally out of date & do not believe saliva and urine testing is reliable… this channel is an invaluable resource! 🙏🏽👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I could, depending on the cause of the joint inflammation!

Great video! Just subscribed! Best recommendation for sleep please! I have tried all I know to do... sleep hygiene etc... I am post-menopausal but the symptoms are horrendous with insomnia and mood being the worst. Can vitex help?

Thanks so much for watching! I think the best thing you could do is comprehensive hormone testing with the DUTCH - if you've tried all the "usual stuff" and not having much success, it's likely a hormone issue - and the DUTCH is the best way to get to the root of it. I have high cortisol that started with perimenopause, I also have an adrenal Adenoma so I don’t know if my terrible symptoms are caused by menopause or the Adenoma. My Dutch test shows high cortisol as well.

It's so tough to sort through it all. But having the DUTCH results is a good first step! I'd recommend my NEW Hormone Deep Dive Tutorial (sign up here: www.drkateld.com/hormone-balance-deep-dive-info-page) OR apply for a 1:1 consultation with me so we can sort through it together (info here: bit.ly/drkate1on1) 👍🏼

I have chemo induced menopause. I had breast cancer and my tumors were hormone positive and protein negative. Im on ultra some and have been since April2020. I have osteopenia so take 1200 mg calcium and 2000iu of vitamin d. My hair started thinning and I'm so upset that it is. I don't know what to do.

I'm so sorry, Mary! I would recommend checking out my Hair Loss Deep Dive Tutorial - there are many ways you can support hair health that don't require hormone replacement therapy. Here's the link for more info: www.drkateld.com/hair-loss-deep-dive
