- We spent 7 days in the Faroe islands in September. It technically was the off-season, however we felt like we enjoyed the same highlights you normally would, minus the crowds. Enjoy this little cinematic vlog-style recap of our trip, which was mainly hiking and exploring the different islands. Our favorite was definitely Mykines, so if you can make a trip out there - it's absolutely worth it. Wow, that was an excellent video. Most enjoyable. Packed full of good and useful information too.
I will be in the Faroes just before the end of August, this year 2022, so I have been watching a fair share of videos on the island and I have to say, that video is at the top for scenic views and information. Lovely job with the music and the editing is sort of like we are right there with you.
A lot of the information I have learned about, for example, the Mykines helicopter day restriction, I learned from many different videos. Your video had all that info in one place.

Can you park the car at airport??
We left the car at the airport when we did the overnight trip to Mykines, so yes you're allowed to! I can't remember if we had to pay or not though
We're to pay those hiking fee??
Yeah, the hiking fees are pretty steep, but it's to maintain the trails as well as prevent overtourism/damage to the environment
every now and then every 10-15 secs your face is coming on screen. we are not interested in your face. want to see more of islands, rename this video as Faroe Islands with my face.
