Problem here is that the court "Blame the Hero". Levi Axtell assumed only rape victims get retaliation, but somehow dead rapists can "Blame the Hero" and retaliate from the grave which is more insane than he realized. I seen articles showing that men who kill incels, pedophiles and rapists end up more paranoid than they even realized. These men automatically assumed only the original victims' face retaliation, not the heroes.
Listen, I haven't heard the details yet...but I had a stalker who actually assaulted me at 14 and was obsessed. I feared ever leaving home for nearly 2 decades. I WISH someone had protected me this way. I have no sympathy for predators. It took me SO long to recover my mental health. I think a parents job is to protect their children. And I would 100% do whatever was necessary to keep my boys safe.
I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you. I was sexually assaulted (thankfully it didn't go to far) while at work. I can't even go into that store any more because I have panic attacks. Even scarier he still works their and at a hospital. My employer didn't fire him, I had to quit, even though he admitted to what he did. I was harassed endlessly because everyone just loved him... I walked out.
Mine also happened 20 years ago ans I still feel sick and panic.

If I could have protected you I would have. Just know that you are amazing and fabulous and what happened to you at 14 was unacceptable and not your fault.

I get vigilante justice isn’t great, but I’m telling you now if I were on that jury, I couldn’t convict Levi. He rid of the world of absolute monster and we’re all better off without that sick SOB walking free, able to prey on more little babies
I believe he not only should NOT serve anytime. He in fact should be rewarded. I do not want to waste my tax dollars on someone who gets off to little kids. On a side note Brittany please look into Jacob Wetterling from 1989. He was kidnapped and murdered. When you brought up the statute of limitations in a former video I thought of him right away. I would love if you covered his case. Please look into it 🙏 🙏
I had never heard of this case before. Normally I would never advocate for a person who has committed murder but to me this case is different. To me if you hurt a child you just have no place in society at all anymore. And it's been proven time and time again that sex offenders never stop offending it's a compulsion for them and the urge never goes away. All of that and then considering the fact that Levi has mental issues, I can't fault him for what he did. Besides I think every parent would go to any length that they had to to protect their children.
Brittney, would you be interested in covering the case of Marcus Norén? He was murdered in the early 2000s in Sweden, his head was found in a river. His death was initially blamed on LARP and vampires. It has ZERO coverage at all.

I live in Minnesota, why tf have I not heard about this case?! So sick of Minnesota going easy on predators/sexual offenders.

I also just found out this week that your state changed it's state flag to look similar to Muslim flags esp that of somalis which your capital is now 25% Somalian, nearly 100,000 residents, which does not include other ppl if Arabic descent. Before you think I'm a racist or bigot, please research their laws and customs. Island is not a religion it is a govt and they are trying to take over your state govt just like others have done instituting Shiria law in Dearborn MI. They also have had the United Nations to rule that marrying a 9 year old girl is legal bc their "religion" tells them to do so, therefore pedophilia is not a crime. Research rulings by the UN protecting Muslims especially when they began "fleeing" their country seeking asylum in Europe and America. Wake up America. They are trying to take over MN, too, and our whole country. Islam is NOT peace and anyone else is an infidel. They will lie to your face in the name of Allah, bc lying for their own Muslim way is considered righteous. It is passive warfare. As a mother and grandmother, I say Levi did the world a favor. I'm sorry that he has some issues of his own and I hope that during this time he can be treated for them and come to realize that he also needs to care for himself.
It's crazy I seen articles showing that Axtell ended up more paranoid than even the daughter he is protecting. Somehow dead rapists can retaliate from the grave and "Blame the Hero" and this for something he only assumed women and children would face and never like this.

Ahhh you cut your hair! I love it!! Maybe if our laws did a better job of holding offenders behind bars and not letting them out after 1 YEAR 😡 then Levi wouldn’t feel the need to take it into his own hands!
Before watching, my opinion is that there have been PLENTY of other fathers that did the same thing that have received either no charges or no jail time, instead receiving suspended sentences and community service in instances where the child wasn't present and they weren't directly protecting them, and that sits well with me 🤷♀️
After watching, my opinion hasn't changed.

Or maybe it's a town of less than 1500 and you get what you get. It was sully trying to harass them in his psychotic state and that's why he was stalking their daughter. Idk which came first, the chicken or the egg? Was she the counselor first and that's how he started stalking their family. Maybe this was menacing in his part. How long had she been providing treatment? I'm confused about a few details, maybe i missed. Is the woman the mother, or was she only married to Levi? I heard the dates but i didn't have them all nailed down in a timeline.

I do wonder about it being unprovoked, if this guy was known to spy on and torment his own family members then it seems likely he’d say things or behave in a way that would purposely provoke Levi. Especially as he knows of Levi’s concerns for his daughter, who he shares with the social worker who helped get this man committed.

He doesn't have schizophrenia. Schizoaffective disorder is a different disorder than schizophrenia, while both present with some type of hallucination, delusion or paranoia. They are completely different disorders. He's not a schizophrenic. He had high ADLs, activities of daily living, maintained a job at the gas station, interacted positively and jokingly with his friends, neighbors and customers. The pedo was seen by other eye witnesses, including his own neighbor, near the park and the daycare. I've read comments from news posts and watched several videos so far. This one is by far the most comprehensive. Great job.

One of the main suspects is a Spanish murderer called Antonio Anglés who also in 1993 raped and killed 3 teenager girls in Alcasser, Spain. He ran away and he has never been found.

I feel like there’s a court bias against vigilantes. It’s illegal and has to be. I do think consequences are necessary and I disagree with vigilante killings. I mean the million dollar bond. It’s not like he’s a serial killer. There’s no reason he couldn’t be waiting for trial at home.
And there CLEARLY need to be stronger laws against stalking!

If you're looking for case suggestions, a case that has stuck in my mind is that of Amiah Robinson. She was a baby that went "missing" in Indiana around the same time that Serenity Dennard did in South Dakota.There were groups, psychic predictions, mom had.gone on vacation, all sorts of stuff, and the sweet baby still hasn't been found.

UPDATE: March 2024; Levi is still not competent to have a trial. He is charged with 2nd degree murder with no other charges. The judge has suspended the hearing until he is found competent.

This one is hard. Obviously, I feel no sympathy for Lawrence, but it is difficult for me to agree that his murder was justified since Levi was unprovoked. We can't just go around taking the law into our own hands, but the law wasn't going to do anything about Lawrence, so Levi did what he thought was necessary. I'm really torn.
Girl it ain’t nothing to be torn about. Two things are true. Regardless of why what he did was wrong and regardless of why how the justice system handles these situations is wrong.
I think what you're torn about is that we don't have all of the facts in the case. We don't know if Sully was continually harassing, seen stalking other children, frequenting the YMCA or driving by outside, driving by Levi's house. We cannot say it was unprovoked bc clearly it was provoked and ongoing even after they dropped the protection order. The pedo was criminally insane. There is ample evidence in this video. But I've also watched a bunch of other videos and read comments from locals.

One of my good friends was murdered over the past weekend, his name is Kris King who lived in Wentzville Missouri, in Hidden valley apartment complex on evergreen ct. The monster that murdered him is named Craig Jackson. Kris has five biological children and one stepson, he was shot in front of his three year old daughter while he was holding her.

This whole case is really sad. Lawrence is sounds like was sexually abused as a child and instead of doing the opposite became an offender (which is extremely common unfortunately.) I wonder if his family would have come forward about the abuse they endured if his prison sentence would have been longer. It's sad that Lawrence went thru it as well. It's sad he hurt his own siblings and another innocent child. I'll be interested to see if you learn what made him snap and kill him that day. It does sound like he was truly worried about his child and, like Lawrence, was still pursuing children.
I was molested as a child by multiple men repeatedly and i don't abuse ppl, so you have very misplaced sympathy and it kinda makes me wonder about you. It sickens me really. If anything, being abused makes a person have more compassion for others, not become a freaking sociopath. There is no excuse for being a sicko. You don't get a "get it if jail free" card bc you had a bad childhood. Boohoo. Maybe think before you speak out your head.
Lawrence deserved exactly what he got and Levi shouldn't serve any jail time.
