May I please know if northern bypass was reconstructed, from a single lane to double lane. Kampala seem to have changed a lot. The last time I visited Uganda was 2012. I'm your subscriber from Dar es Salaam.

This is a dual carriageway so 70MP is to much in a residential area,it should be 60 or 40MP for safety reasons
70MP should be for motorways
