Yes! The last time in 2020, it crossed and the renovation help to up the road. The Future is uncertain. We need another option for sure

Traffic lights should be installed at clock tower interchange to allow smooth flow of traffic
We are most likely to see them installed towards the end of the year. They are doing road furniture and landscaping along the road now.

That road from kajansi misses two crucial things Lighting And paving of shoulders for pedistrian walk way, it's only thing that can make it look better.
I am in total agreement. For such an important road, those two should be clearly in place. And even provision for cyclists.

It is dusty, and that's in part due to the feeder roads, which are mostly dirt roads

What I remember is that they are not supposed to use the flyover
I DO SEE THE TRUCKS BECAUSE I STAY IN MAKINDYE LUWAFU IN MOST CASES WHEN NEVER I PASS CLOCK TOWER, I MEAN TRAILERS.
