0:26 I think nobody realizes this expect me and Hiku and other skilled Genji mains who have used this tech on purpose. But this is a very good tech to use anytime and it’s simple. Hiku wall climbing the wall on purpose like this made him able to shoot faster after his right click melee combo to secure the kill. This mechanic is similarly used in the very fast hidden genji combo that includes a dash after that wallclimb. This all have been discovered long ago but I still haven’t seen a good clip of someone using it practically until I saw this clip from Hiku. Oh yeah, I’m a plat 3 genji main one trick with about 5.5K hours on overwatch and 1.5K or something on Genji alone. I been playing since overwatch 1 and I am glad to see Pro Genjis like Hiku also used this mechanic. And hopefully hiku gets the clip showcasing the full combo with the dash dealing 257 damage.
@@senorbeans9016 I got aim man I consider myself skilled in the mechanics aspect but however I won’t do good in any team play. Since my game sense on what to do in positioning and when to attack or who to attack isn’t the best. So in these tough matches I play a suicidal playstyle at best getting 18 deaths regularly while getting 7-12k damage and the best kills while at that tough match.
@@austinjackson9650 No sorry I never went out of my way for coaching session myself. And I just do competitive for my placements. And leave it for the rest of the season. I play casually in quick play matches now. If only such offers were free then I’d consider it, otherwise if I really wanted to go out of my way for a coaching I’d pick Spilo.
Obviously this is a joke. It's technically true though. Couple things I'd say. 1. Genji was a shotgun hero. Get super close...BOOM kill the enemy with fancy mechanics and good looks. Now, same thing applies but you want to be more opportunistic. Generally, I use more hair gel, a collared shirt that hugs my chest, and a silver chain(gold chain if your have dark skin tone). Oh and also don't full-dive enemies that have full HP and their cooldowns. Because you can't do a 1-shot combo anymore. So either hit them with a couple shurikens before you dash for 1-shot, or go for opponents that your tm8s have weakened. And of course you can still 1v1 favorable match ups like soldier, cass(kinda) zen, etc 2. Since people have more HP, it's not good to use your dash to engage. You kinda want to play like a tracer....aka sneaky. Use wall climb to your advantage and DROP on them, try to hit shurikens(heads shots preferably...because..um..you're above them). If you're lucky, u might be able to do 5-10 damage, then dash away! No but for real, be sneaky, drop on them..one thing to consider here is they can't see you, so your nice shirt and fancy haircut won't help...you're gonna have to rely on smell. You can either mask your smell like a hunter sneaking up on a deer in the woods 🦌. Or you can pick a mesmerizing smell like Georgia Armani Acqua di Gio. Especially if you like jumping on female characters. Depending on how much damage you do initially, you have to determine whether to use your dash to get away(to try out a new, better more impressive cologne) or to continue the attack(sometimes I get mad if they don't think I smell/look good, so it's an understandable reaction to murder them) 3. Generally improve your mechanics. Obviously their are a lot of training packs and youtube videos to help you work on a firm handshake, 180 melees, maintaining eye contact, ghost dashes, flexing platinum Amex card(and how to make it look nonchalant) etc. Always keep your enemies on their toes, never attack from the same spot twice in a row, unless she really seems to like it when you...attack..her there. Anyways hope this helps!
This is bot tier gameplay level mechanically, yet he still hits everything because overwatch is the most noskill shooter in gaming after the hitbox update. Sad state of people who cant play anything else.
@@pat2sick so apparently you paid simps have no clue what an actually difficult game looks like. must be sad to simps for overwatch wich all good players left years ago. (then again you like money so you are probably paid too 😂)
This Genji Shimada guy is pretty good at Hiku

@Dude-X-Perfect would you consider doing a VOD review? Obviously someone like Spilo would be best and it's only about 50$ for an hour of coaching.

Hiku i think an updated genji guide would be pretty cool since everyone got a lot more hp and genji's playstyle changed quite a lot =)
