Now Amulet player doesn't specifically ask if the titan copy's ETB resolves, but it is highly indicated since the copy interaction has happened earlier this match so dimir player knows how it works and doesn't take any action to indicate that he wants to respond to the ETB. Instead he stops the amulet player when he sees that amulet players is getting echoing deeps which would copy mirror pool. Since echoing deeps is not a triggered ability, dimir player can't respond to it. So dimir player gained advantage by seeing what amulet player would get and then used the information to correct his mistake when he didn't sacrufice the spellbomb to the ETB of the copy. Idk if these guys were friends since their interaction was so polite and amulet player allowed the take back but just saying.
