Just ordered a Metallic Mimic like 2 days ago. Couldn’t find one for less than 2.75$. (Paid 3.60$ w/ Tax/Ebay’s cut). The Cryptolith Rite drop is extremely welcome, however. Was like 13.50-14.75$, so it’s really gratifying to see even the big digital stores like Card Kingdom selling it for less than 4$. It WILL bounce back fairly quickly, just as it has before. Innistrad Remastered has terrible value for box-buyers, but the reprints ripping the guts out a number of nice cards prices is very, very welcome.
Decimator of the Provinces did not really decrease in value. I bought one for market price from my roommate a while ago for like $0.80. I am not sure where it’s being listed higher.
Where do you Americans buy your cards? These prices are a lil bit over our cardmarket prices in Europe but still ok! I saw a Video where someone got a really over priced website for me. I do like your videos :D! Greetings from germany!!!!
Wait, Cryptolith Rite is hard to come by? I started with Shadows Over Innistrad and I have a full set plus extras. I keep trying to get players to consider it and they aren't interested.
@@iancowan3527limited and edh Edh is the most played format by a long shot, nothing else even comes close to comparing and this is the first time Edgar Markov has been reprinted.
Honest question: Why can’t a set’s primary utility simply be for EDH? I’m NOT suggesting sets should regularly be for EDH, but why would the occasional set with an EDH focus be such an outlandish idea? I don’t understand why some players seem to believe EDH should be treated as some niche design afterthought, when there are 10 Commander-only players for every 60-card-only player.
So in other words, Innistrad Remastered boxes are not going to be worth the price 1 week after release.
That is true for every single box in every single card game throughout all of space and time. Buy singles.
@@imnotacat5299 My 3 Double Masters boxes beg to differ.
My second bloomburrow one brought me the rabbit of incredibly increasing value
But please keep buying them so the singles price comes down for the rest of us 😏
What boxes? It has been out of print since before the release date.
This is an extremely limited print set.

Lots of great staples. I’m gonna definitely be picking up a cryptolith rite and balefire dragon.
Conjurers Closet is also high value
I’m waiting for those prices to arrive in Germany. Thanks for the heads up! :)
That’s what usually happens when a card gets a re- print.
Thanks for the quick review for us Budget builders!
There are some really good prices. Thank you for the video.

Literally got 5 of those cards on ebay while watching the video thanks!!!
I have a feeling the next Secret layer drop commander deck is going to be vampire themed
How did i manage to order like 5 of these for random decks last week
Im still trying to figure out why the white/black slow land is the only one that didnt crater.
The only card I want is the retro foil mass hysteria. Simply for my Tovalar deck! WISH THEY GAVE MORE LOVE TO THE WEREWOLVES
How much did everything cost before the drop?

Heritage druid?
This is good for players. it's bad for collectors and sellers.
Ah yes! The staple Mitch review of cards that got reprinted lowering their price by correlation from the last set. Classic.
Mate! You can't just go around telling people that they can't bite ghosts without checking your facts first 😂
I'm a level six laser lotus
How is a set just dropped "not standard"?
It's not even Pioneer legal.
@Gunni4091 So what was the point?
@iancowan3527 profit for WotC
Edit: These cards at all legal in commander.

Reprints are killing the game
