Now this is a model's diet I can believe. A lot of other videos (VOGUE) show models pretending to eat foods they wouldn't be caught dead eating normally. Sanne's diet is awesome. It's actually very low in carbs if you paid attention and very healthy! Add Pilates and walking like she does and you're bound to stay slim.
Definitely get where she’s coming from on recreating something at home so it’s healthier. I used to always love the animal style fries at in&out (although I could never finish them)... So whenever I’m craving one now I just bake a sweet potato, crack it open, then load it with some beans, caramelized onions, and toss in a large side of greens for the side+drizzle the potato in homemade thousand islands. It’s so savory tbh. 🤗😋
