I believe Slate originally made it for Alpha Centauri/Sora, who used that outfit during TTR's alpha phase. I just recreated it myself in Photoshop, so while it's not exactly the same, I believe it's fairly close.

I won't have access to my laptop for the next week or so, and that's where I have all of them saved. I suppose I could send you a few of them when I can get on my laptop again, although they're relatively simple, actually. I just started learning Panda3D and Python when I decided to make this video, so I'm certainly not an expert or anything like that -- I'd be happy to share some of the codes if they'll help, though :)
