Growing up in the D, I can assure you it isn't all just spread in the city limits. Detroit is a metropolitan area that expands via the interconnection with the neighboring settlements. However, inside the city limits things like Delray and Mexican town serve fire authentic Mexican food. You have some great graffiti ingulfing much of the breathless industrial areas. It can take some searching but there are expanses of impressive artwork. If you want to venture out to the burbs you have places like Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical museum in Farmington Hill's, Great Lakes Crossing mall in Auburn Hills, or Milan Drag-way just southwest. BTW ya'll missed the Fox Theater and Comerica park. Great places to shoot. Be blessed!

You spouting more facts about Belle Isle than most Detroiters know! My dad used to work on Belle Isle back when I was a kid! You’ll find some of the best beaches in Michigan in the Great Lakes.

I'm from Detroit and I really don't like Motown Harley that happen to me before. I ride from NC to TX and then to Detroit I wanted to get my bike looked at because I was on the rode and was asked if I had an appointment. A dealership in Ohio help me out and I made it back to Charlotte. Normally when you're on the road Harley put you to the front of the line not at Motown Harley.
I have found that some Harley Davidson dealerships are least likely to assist African Americans riders in their time of need during out-of-state travel.

I have a stupid question- how many Harley Davidson dealers are BLACK OWNED? 🥸🥸🥸 Since I have been following your journey I have YET to see a Black-owned Dealer. I went on the HD site and the requirements for the dealership made me smile and SMH.....They put that bar so high...but some black people have those resources! 🤓🤓🤓 Anyway.. I look forward to your answer because there are PLENTY black-owned Harley-Davidson riders all across the USA but I've yet to see a dealer that looks like you and me! 🥸🥸
