This is such an important discussion. People saying things like, “this person got famous and rich just by making stupid videos”, if it’s that easy, why don’t YOU go ahead and do that? And if it were that easy everybody would be rich and famous. But if someone is able to do it, they surely do have something to offer the audience (even if it’s just entertainment). Also, the point you mentioned about rich and pretty privilege is also so true. Its evident that if a rich person makes a GRWM video, mostly it is met with positive comments like “you look so pretty” etc, however if a person from a not so rich socioeconomic background does it, its “cringe” Bollywood actors and celebrities doing trends is cool and tiktokers or Instagram content creators doing the same trend are labelled as “chappris” I do understand that not every influencer is saying nice things and spreading positivity. (Just like not all Bollywood people are always perfect) But in that case people should talk about that particular person instead of bringing down this whole career and shaming all creators.
If a person considers those videos stupid and cringeworthy, why would they go ahead and make them? Easy or not, in their opinion, those videos don’t even deserve to exist, so why would they create the same thing? Not everyone is doing that and becoming rich through such means because, for the majority of people, money isn’t above self-respect. Porn also provides easy money, but why doesn’t everyone who could become a porn star and get rich choose to do it? Simply because of self-respect. Rakhi has something to offer her audience, Puneet does too, and so does Deepak Kalal. Their audience enjoys their content, but to some people, they are nothing more than cringe and will always remain so. If you are part of society, you will face opinions, criticism, and all kinds of labels-cringe, chhapri, or maybe even praiseworthy at times. If i consider something cringe that will remain cringe for me but I'm just an individual in this big realm of Social media.
I don't think anyone calls an influencer cringe because they have a poor socio background, they do it because of the type of content they upload which is usually not taken well by the social media... anyway, just my opinion
@@garvbhatt7513well as for the definition by google, cringe = to feel embarrassed. So.. anything which makes her feel that way... which is... embarrassed
If it's done on tiktok then it's cringe but if their fav youtubers do it then it's funny and goofy. I personally think this so-called roasting culture on TH-cam has made people so judgy and rude. There are some videos which are bad but most of them are silly and funny and bad videos do exist on TH-cam also. These apps like tiktok or musically are more casual apps like sharing some goofy videos with your friends but some youtubers shame them for not acting like professionals.
even if i don't particularly enjoy consuming the content these influencers put out myself, i will never hate on anyone trying to earn genuine livelihood. anyone working hard to support themselves and their family, potentially even lifting them out of poverty, is worthy of respect. unlike the people hating in the comments under reels, they actually are doing something with their lives. no work is lesser than any other. unfortunately i think we still cling to the concept of defining others by their jobs, looking at the apparent casteism in our past and present
The term Chapri has its classist and casteist initiation or origin. It is very true that people from lower income background are seen inferior by the priviliged folks who seem to focus on the socio economic background of the person , or the looks of the person, which overshadows the talent of the individual. While it is also true that certain influencers get success for all the wrong reasons. Content that promotes harm to the society, idealogy or influencing people in a wrong manner. With the acknowledgement of the fact that good quality content with less monitary resources do exist but they can go either way. Could reach a large audience and promote success or just a shallow reach and not well wersed income. We cannot deny that effort from our physical self is not just the only factor which will bring us to success. Luck , timing, current events or trends do play a significant role. The actions which are under our control are taken and planned stategically. And i believe that effort and hardwork is not static for every influencers statergy. World is not rainbows and sunshines. We need to acknowledge that. Certain people need more effortto grow in this world. Pretty privilige is a factor in social media. The opportunity that the internet provides to common people like us or the under priviliged folks is growing. The rude comments and all the negative connotations will always be there. But learning to grow thick skin is the way to go.
This is not true. In many instances , classism simply doesn't enter the picture at all. Let me explain my point by posing a simple question. Do you think people would find it less cringe if a billionaire’s son with a burgundy mohawk was doing bike stunts in funny clothes with Chinese music playing in background, compared to someone from a lower socioeconomic background doing the same thing? No, right? Such an activity is really funny regardless of who is doing it. So, I think it's more about what they're doing and not their social status. Note that I don't justify personal attacks disguised as jokes or trolling, which do happen.
I think the debate is not about whether they're funny or not but about whether they're "cringe". Socio economic status does play a role in whether a certain content is perceived as cringe or not, cause a rich daddy's son would never even try bike stunts with funny clothes cause he can afford better stuff,he'd probably try weird stunts in a porche 911 but people would not perceive it as a cringe cause it is a porche 911 after all. However for someone from a remote village in india, even a bike would be a previlige so in that case they would flaunt that bike by doing weird stunts and posting it with funny bgm. So you can very well see with this example that classism does play a part in how we perceive things,a rich kid flaunting his porche would be admired over a village boy flaunting his bike but guess what, for someone coming from the same background as the village boy, they wouldn't find his content cringe cuz they'd be able to relate to it in terms of how they perceive the bike. So it's all about relating to certain content which in itself is connected to your socio economic background
@@yuktaichangi7193I don't know what area you live in, but I have nkt met a reasonable person who does not find people brag-showing off their expensive cars, flying in jets etc. That stuff is super cringe, so yeah it's the behaviour itself, the idea of brragging and showing off just because you have stuff. It is possible that children and teens are impressed by it though, but hopefully they will grow out of it.
@@yuktaichangi7193 Well, to clarify, by funny clothes, I didn't mean the clothes worn by the working class in a discriminatory manner. When I say funny clothes, I mean a dressing style that is so outlandish and totally out of touch with whatever the occasion is in the video. There are countless examples of rich and upper-middle-class influencers worldwide who have done cringeworthy and straight-out outrageous things just because they want to stand out from the crowd. And I am sure you can find many Indian videos related to the example you stated about the rich kids doing dumb stuff with their luxury vehicles. and guess what? these rich brats aren't spared by the public either, just because they are affluent.
@@thebearcouncil8810see the thing about is cringe, that cringe = to feel embarrassed, so.. you feel embarrassed when someone shows off some stuff, and some don't. It's fine, what's the big deal.
@@sasidhar6480well people hate on everything, like... everything. Cuz you see if a thing is done, out of 100 at least 2 or 3 things will be kinda weird or not normal from our perspective. And we as an audience and kinda kinda also as a society, love our comfort zone, so if something doesn't pleases us... we just start hating it, or get offended. That's where the problem begins. Otherwise you can just.. ignore the things you don't like, you don't have to hate it, unless it's harming someone physically or mentally. Simple.
in my opinion its not about really about cringe content , i think the influencer posting useless stuff on social media leads the audience to conclusion that doing some rubbish stuff in front of camera will able to get you money and thats where the problem starts...like p*rn content trending more on social medias , somehow bollywood has also become a soft p*rn industry.
I wrote something in my notes app a while ago but was too scared to post it. Here it is : I've been seeing a lot of videos by Indians saying Indians ruined anime. They complain about guys wearing anime t-shirts without knowing the characters for example. I think it's a bit...classist? Please let me know your thoughts on this, I would really love to have a discussion. So called "chapris" just found a cool looking t-shirt for an affordable price and decided to wear it, I don't see what the big deal is. It's just people wearing clothes. You see people wearing band t-shirts without knowing the band all the time. No one says anything about them, why? I also see people saying Hindi dubs ruined anime by making them more accessible. Again, what's the problem? Why shouldn't they be exposed to cool pieces of media? What if one of them learns new things from it? What is somebody gets interested in animation and becomes the next big animator? When it comes to cringe, urban anime watchers are just as insufferable no? Then why do only those from lower income backgrounds get the full blast of the hate? Similarly I see a lot of hatred for "chapris". Now first of all, can we please stop using the term? It's a classist slur. Second, I do not justify there behaviour of course, I just have a problem with the discourse people have around them. People talk about them like they are vermin that have no right to live on this planet. Again, I do not justify their behaviour, the hatred from them comes from somewhere too, I acknow that. But let me ask you, how is it that you and I are civilised? Because our parents are educated, have jobs, and we live in urban environments; we have access to education, they do not. Should we not focus on getting free and quality education for all? I also just saw a comment saying Biharis have ruined Delhi. Again, do you think they willingly and happily left their hometowns to come here, live in subpar conditions, and work all day for less than minimum wage? No, they are here against their will to make a living for their families. Why are we always blaming systemic issues on minority/less privileged communities instead of getting to the root of the problem?
@@Olivegreen909Agree with your entire comment. I actually got into anime in my childhood because of the Hindi dubbed anime like Naruto, Dragon Ball, Beyblade, Digimon, Duel Masters etc. way back in the 2007-08 period. It used to air on Cartoon Network in a special slot called Toonami, I don't know if anyone remembers it anymore. Then there's Doremon, Shinchan, Kiteretsu, Ninja Hattori airing on other channels. Oh the nostalgia ❤❤ Also, it could be my bias but I found the dub back then was more amazing than the current dubs haha 😅. But either way, they're fun. But the ones who find it cringe are actually the elitist community which can read English subs because of their privilege and find the regional language embarrassing or below par. That can explain why I'm an English speaker as well but because I'm from a humble background I don't find it cringe but actually funny and entertaining (because I don't have an elitist mindset, do you get my point?). Anyway, anime is so popular that I have seen it dubbed in Tamil, Bengali, etc. as well. Also, because of anime, I got into learning Japanese and am fluent in it now. So I'll agree with you that the animation and the content itself inspires you to understand Japanese culture and language. And that's great if you ask me. Exposure to another culture through our regional dubbed language is very important, as we get to learn about foreign cultures too. Some countries include foreign language courses in schools. While in our country, there are still kids who can't afford school! But, money shouldn't become an obstacle in education. We should actively be pushing the government for kids to get free quality education. Our citizens have become too complacent and accommodating, which is worsening the gap between the elite and the poor. Private schools are just extorting money. That's really a huge concern.
Such people are just uninformed idiots. They have zero idea about the cultural exchange between japan and india in the 90's. People being angry about Hindi dubbing are simply angry that now their exclusive 'being able to read English subtitles ' anime watchers club has declined in the social currency it used to offer. People will always create new classes to put themselves over others, it is the same as when something becomes popular among common people, the elites start to do/have different things to exclude themselves from the commons. Indians can never be free from feeling inherently below others and trying to find someone to put beneath them due to the subconscious effects of the caste system and the English rule of 100 years. These things affect the collective consciousness of generations.
honestly it took me years to even feel confident posting pictures of myself on my private ig account. I used to professionally train in Jazz and Ballet dance styles but i didnt take a single video of myself dancing because I wasn't "good enough" to keep record. I used to think my skill isnt developed enough to even be worthy of being recorded just for myself even. It takes a lot to just get in front of a camera and i can say now that I finally can do that after acting in student films and going bcak to dancing after 10 whole years, I'm finding it in my self to appreciate the progress. So yeah anyone who can stand in front of a camera and show themselves to the world is to be commended.
People will always find someone else to put down to make themselves feel better. People just don't want to accept that we hate our current condition and especially hate people who we feel are beneath us but are 'happy'.
His contents are different it basically about how he prefer or men prefer virgin woman's and he the way he shows woman like she said in her video is not good a woman shouldn't be a slave
I agree with you on most of the things but in this matter I think through the perspective of a responsible citizen, how small kids are getting influenced that will definitely affect the future of our country. And I am against film industry too...
i hate when influencers sell there audience to gambling apps even tho they are earning from youtube a lot of other brands are there they still choice the stake and all that cause they pay a lot and sell to audience
The problem is that these kind of influencers influence wrong. I am watching a lot of kids nowadays around me doing this instead of giving more attention to study. They could have done other more useful works like you do and could have gone in other professions by giving little bit more effort but they choose to do so because they think that is easy to do. Just because they got influenced by wrong people. And another problem that I see with these kind of creators that most of them has no moral and ethical values and they feel absolutely no responsibility towards society, they sell anything, they message anything (mostly about gender inequality) for getting reach. The reason might be because they start doing this in too early ages, at a time when they didn't yet even learn to from perspective, when they didn't yet learn to make decisions. And that is the actual issue with these type of influencers that they are influencing others do do the same in early ages. I don't know why you are defending them but I see them as problems. I don't shame them but I don't want them to get this much of reach. They are attracting better talents to do worse job.
Well tbh, no job is bad or as you said ✨️worse✨️ A job does not always have to you know give a BIG CONTRIBUTION to the society. I meam see.. what's your idea of bad job? Something... like doing weird stuff for reach on insta and making money of it? I mean.. what's wrong in that, you don't always have to be right, but as long as you are not wrong, it's fine. Ok the last sentence was a bit complicated, but see it like this.. you are not forced to do good, just don't do bad. Simple.
why cant everyone think like this, it sucks that we live in a world where calling people "cringe" for doing what we love is normalised. Id have to argue that indians make the funniest content , Shout out to my favourite music video "Sketchers" and the "MY STYLE, MY ATTITUDE" video.
I think it is a bit different , I don't like the fact that some of them make worthless content and get insane amount paid just because there is an audience , but students who work hard in studies and 9 to 5 jobs get way less , it is about quality , I think there is no metre for that on sns
You don’t get to decide what is “worthless” though. If it’s getting views it’s clearly “worthwhile”. Not everyone “worthwhile” has to be meaningful in a serious way. It can be worthwhile like “it made me laugh” or “it entertained me”. And the audience doesn’t just exist. They watch the content cause the creators create interesting enough content for them. And that is work even if you deem it “worthless”.
@@awkwardgoat3 but there is a parameter though , just because people do crime does not mean crime is not wrong or we can not call it wrong . Some of their contents are down right bad influence which shouldn't be there , instagram is filled with dark humor on rape , murder and mysogyny and racism , and few contents there do not help , and it is not just Indian creator but all over the globe . SNS is a place where you can gain money with both possitive and negative publicity as long someone comes across your content , and they don't even have like it but you will get paid for the view . CP also has audience does it mean that it is a 'worthwhile' content .
I agree , there's a huge luck factor thats also comes with this influencer thingy , plus to stay relevant one may take soke extreme step like just see puneet superstar latest video. Eating shit and dirt , man that's just desperation to stay revelant at what cost.
@dipsikhapramanik6668 yaa, i totally agree. But she is not saying support bad, she is just saying you don't always have to be good. Be neutral. And yaa the job culture is a bit ;@*×,×@(#& in india, but it's a progressive nation. And as she said, no one is stopping the 9 to 5 wala people to be Influencer, it's not that easy to find the right audience and algorithm and what not. It's just as long as someone is not doing something bad, something which is harming other physically or mentally, and just... yk existing. We don't have to hate it, now.. do we??
I agree with most things you have said but as a person that works in the film industry, it is really not fair to say the only difference between Bollywood actors and influence is money. Acting too is a job and it requires skills that are more than just grabbing the attention of people. Influencers and actors have very different jobs. Let's not shame actors. :)
@awkwardgoat3 I do agree. I don’t look down on Influencers but you can’t compare them to actors. It’s like comparing Futsal to Football or like Tennis Ball Cricket to the Actual International Cricket. Nothing wrong with the prior, it’s just not in same level as the latter. So don’t get me wrong. Hope Influencers do well in their fields but I apologize for not being able to digest the fact that they’re categorized in the same category as Actors. Maybe It’s coming from personal experience from working long hours and still not finding a breakthrough in the industry (hopefully some day 😊🤞🏻) hope you understand my perspective (it might be skewed but so far it holds true to what’s going in my life)
China doesn't support cringe reels, everything should be educational and not hurt anyone not creating a false hope on youth that success is making some chapri reels
Great video, this really helps us to understand the story of other side and react with humility instead of bashing them. But if these people are free to express themselves in any way possible, then people are also free to react and classify trash and cringe. There is nothing with hating or disliking people on the internet.
I heard not emily talk about this, how celebrities are not supposed to be relatable. They're these ethereal beautiful mirage created to make people envious and obsess over. But influencers are bridging the gap between celebs and regular people. Making the celebrities not special anymore. Which is ruining the ethereal image that was created by media. We are realising celebs are just people who have certain entertaining abilities. And this appearing human and relatable is weakening the intense obsessive fanbase these celebs were benefitting off of. So they naturally are hateful towards them. I'm happy it is happening. I don't think an entertainer should have the kind of influence and power celebrities used to have in the past. They're not wise or empathetic enough to wield it.
You changed my views after I watched this video..yes it's true.. only people from lower socioeconomic background are subjected to harsh criticism whereas when rich people do the same thing, they're applsuded for it and admired..
I agree I hate it when people judge all influencers and call them cringe but it's completely fine if you don't like the content of a particular influencer and point that out, for example there are influencers who promote poligamy, drinking, and some show exclusively fake lifestyle or promote misogynistic, homophobic, racist or mysandrist mindset, so it's alright to call them out like you called Aj Bhairav out, but yeah judging an entire profession of influencers is very wrong
as someone who has recetly started making content i totally agree that this creation is NOT easy!! its real workk and its very hard to stay consistent with that!
Okay, first of all, great video. I have said this to so many of my friends that if you find something cringeworthy, you are most likely not the targeted audience. But with all due respect, correct me if I'm wrong - isn't TikTok banned because of its poor moderation, like too many self-harm and animal cruelty videos, and some information warfare between India and China?
Well, people can do it with manyyyyy social media platforms, mainly it was banned because it's a chinese app. It was banned with a lot more, (i don't remember the number, i saw it in 2020) i guess more than 50 apps. And those apps were nice only, one was a music streaming platfrom, and other was a chinese drama streaming platform (i only used those). So yeah, i corrected you. :)
I was thinking to start vlogging but I don’t have courage to reveal my life.. I realised these creators are brave to come forward in public.. you get love and hate both..
I don't hate on them who make awkward Content online, they do work hard, they do work against all odds, but i think the people who do hate them are just viewers not any type of content creators this is why they don't know the struggle behind making a single reel or any long form content, they compare it with the amount of work they put in their lives and still not getting paid as par with those cringe creators, the haters think if they have worked hard in academics, they worked hard to prepare for jobs, working hard to climb the corporate ladder and still they don't get to enjoy a life which a moderately famous influencer or gamer gets to enjoy after consistently posting Content for 3-4 yrs, actually we don't know what or how much the other one does to get famous, and the content creators do sometimes post the most random shit to get attention, which they do cause there are many children and people who laugh at such cringe cause we are a huge country,i feel the problem is with both the parties, one should inprove the content quality and the other should be more considerate about the hardwork one puts in to upload any content
i dont use instagram nor shorts nor do i judge ,criticise or have a problem with them earning money but girl if you think their content is harmless or the process by which they make content is harmless than you wrong on so many levels
I mostly agree with what you said, but I still dislike that content for a different reason. I live abroad, and people here stereotype us all the time. Content like this perpetuates those stereotypes. Also, I'm not denying that there are plenty of non-Indian influencers who make cringe-worthy content. Thoughts?
7:41 thats cause there's a huge return value in making the videos , like you are getting money out of it with minimal or no effort and since it's the only source of income you have do it as you got no other choice.
FIRSTLY GIRL I WANT YOU TO PLEASE REPLY TO THIS COMMENT..LETS SEE HOW STRONG YOUR PERSPECTIVE IS!!! I really hope that this video is just a simple "discussion" of defending the defamed image of these influencers.. but the fact is that as their name suggests, they are "influencers" influencing large number of people of different background and different age group.. if you take this to a MACRO level then imagine a person instead of supporting his/her family making content on internet without an moral and ethical obligation..isn't that stupid?..i know many of them became sucessful but for how long?? At the end they will have to work in some or the other ways ..phone and social media is not going to help you till eternity.. not everyone becomes successful after making content but the fact that everyone is indulging in these things instead of firstly completing their education and developing basic intellect is wrong.. YOU DO NOT GET TO DEFEND SOMEONE WHO IS INFLUECING PEOPLE IN A WRONG DIRECTION.. its good that you are trying to be non judgemental but i dont get that fact that why do u think that people who call these influencers cringe are rich and according to them only they can be creative??!.. that was just out of league and if the whole country starts making content then what about the socio-economic, political and technological development of the country.. but people like you are just here defending whose people.. i mean like education and productively supporting country's development is very crucial rather than making content and becoming transiently successfull Will they be able to do this after 10 yrs?NOO.. then with almost half of their life left without any crucial professional skill how will they sustain themselves because the time when they had to learn and educate themselves they chose to create some content with no base and then just roam around.. is this what we want from our country.. please dontttt defend these people lett our youth study...gain knowledge..have enough cognitive abilities.. and then influence people in a productive way with gainful and worthy insights..

imagine being a psychologist and getting triggered without realising it... God help whoever is being counselled by this lady
The difference between actors and influencers is that one of them have an actual skill 💀(well mostly)
A commentary style video from you, honestly couldn’t ask for more
🥺💜
Divija is voicing out her views in LONG FORM content and we're here for it🥳🥳🥳
This is not true.
Here it is :
I've been seeing a lot of videos by Indians saying Indians ruined anime.
"Facts"
Okayyyyy u changed my mind on this topic. Keep slayin with ur thinkin !!! 🗣️🔥
People will always find someone else to put down to make themselves feel better.
People just don't want to accept that we hate our current condition and especially hate people who we feel are beneath us but are 'happy'.
You have gone crazy studieng psychology
leave her bro SHELL FUCK WITH YOUR MIND FOOR REAL SHELLL COPYRIGHTT UR COMMENT 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Darshan is the G.O.A.T 🗿🗿🗿, people hated him and laughed now they adore and look up to him, really proud of his success
i am a little confused ...didnt she recently complain and judge the ajhbhairav guy ???
His contents are different it basically about how he prefer or men prefer virgin woman's and he the way he shows woman like she said in her video is not good a woman shouldn't be a slave
Oh God! I never saw this thing from this perspective. I’ve been binge-watching your content lately on Instagram, and now I’m here too
I agree with you on most of the things but in this matter I think through the perspective of a responsible citizen, how small kids are getting influenced that will definitely affect the future of our country. And I am against film industry too...
i hate when influencers sell there audience to gambling apps even tho they are earning from youtube a lot of other brands are there they still choice the stake and all that cause they pay a lot and sell to audience
Yes, they should be ethical in choosing the brands they endorse
@@awkwardgoat3 everyone is not like mama goat
Yaa, don't watch them. Simple. I don't watch them, I just feel sad for a few minutes, and then move on. We have more things to deal with, don't we?
This really changed my perspective, thank you
The problem is that these kind of influencers influence wrong.
Simple.
made so much sense, an underrated perspective that not alot of people talk about
why cant everyone think like this, it sucks that we live in a world where calling people "cringe" for doing what we love is normalised. Id have to argue that indians make the funniest content , Shout out to my favourite music video "Sketchers" and the "MY STYLE, MY ATTITUDE" video.
Needed this video❤️
@@awkwardgoat3 all 'works' don't deserve to get paid . phew sorry I wrote quite a lot .
We don't have to hate it, now.. do we??
Talk about shaming women for dancing and modelling on Instagram when men do same
Interesting topic to make a video on. Excited to hear your perspective in it. Brb. Watching 🤫
I agree with most things you have said but as a person that works in the film industry, it is really not fair to say the only difference between Bollywood actors and influence is money. Acting too is a job and it requires skills that are more than just grabbing the attention of people. Influencers and actors have very different jobs. Let's not shame actors. :)
I am not shaming actors. Unless you think me comparing them to influencers is shameful somehow?
@@awkwardgoat3hahaha, good one. Love you mamagoat.
@@awkwardgoat3 yeah youre not shaming them but I agree with the fact the actors and influencers have very different jobs.
Maybe It’s coming from personal experience from working long hours and still not finding a breakthrough in the industry (hopefully some day 😊🤞🏻)
hope you understand my perspective (it might be skewed but so far it holds true to what’s going in my life)
China doesn't support cringe reels, everything should be educational and not hurt anyone not creating a false hope on youth that success is making some chapri reels
Out of all the nepo babies u seriously only got the most talented one to put on your thumbnail.
Thankyou for speaking about this💓
Great video, this really helps us to understand the story of other side and react with humility instead of bashing them.
They're not wise or empathetic enough to wield it.
you changed my perception, thanks
Different perspectives. I agree. It's let them earn so I don't have issue until they post problematic stuff

Love ya!❤. More power to you
You have such a good point. I guess I was kind of the one judging “cringe tiktokers”. Well not anymore, now I get it girl! 👍👍👍
Okay, first of all, great video. I have said this to so many of my friends that if you find something cringeworthy, you are most likely not the targeted audience. But with all due respect, correct me if I'm wrong - isn't TikTok banned because of its poor moderation, like too many self-harm and animal cruelty videos, and some information warfare between India and China?
mostly the second reason along with some other apps
Well, people can do it with manyyyyy social media platforms, mainly it was banned because it's a chinese app. It was banned with a lot more, (i don't remember the number, i saw it in 2020) i guess more than 50 apps. And those apps were nice only, one was a music streaming platfrom, and other was a chinese drama streaming platform (i only used those). So yeah, i corrected you. :)
Thank you for putting this out there! Much love ✨♥️
i really love your content because after every video i get a new a perspective over things which is wonderful.
love your work, keep growing
I was thinking to start vlogging but I don’t have courage to reveal my life.. I realised these creators are brave to come forward in public..

A whole new perspective i am glad i watch this vid
you know what...? U r my therapy girl
It does cringe me out because of the type of content they put out, not cuz of how they look. But i agree!
i dont use instagram nor shorts nor do i judge ,criticise or have a problem with them earning money but girl if you think their content is harmless or the process by which they make content is harmless than you wrong on so many levels
I agree with you lol...I am classist, privileged and kinda racist too, for hating these people, cant deny it .

YOU DO NOT GET TO DEFEND SOMEONE WHO IS INFLUECING PEOPLE IN A WRONG DIRECTION.. its good that you are trying to be non judgemental but i dont get that fact that why do u think that people who call these influencers cringe are rich and according to them only they can be creative??!.. that was just out of league and if the whole country starts making content then what about the socio-economic, political and technological development of the country.. but people like you are just here defending whose people.. i mean like education and productively supporting country's development is very crucial rather than making content and becoming transiently successfull
Will they be able to do this after 10 yrs?NOO.. then with almost half of their life left without any crucial professional skill how will they sustain themselves because the time when they had to learn and educate themselves they chose to create some content with no base and then just roam around.. is this what we want from our country.. please dontttt defend these people lett our youth study...gain knowledge..have enough cognitive abilities.. and then influence people in a productive way with gainful and worthy insights..

Well for me and all the people i am surrounded by have totally different definition of chapris. For us, chapris ain't those who post cringe on media, but the ones who deserve hate. Like those typical people who are so called gundas, always picking up on girls, and i won't hesitate to say, who are potential r@pists. But i won't disagree with the, fact that they are those people who cone fronm lower class background, nd i do agree that none of us would dare to call a rich person a chapri who have same characteristics.
But i find a lot of rich influencers cringe as well

i love these unpopular opinions!
Did u just called darshan ugly ? How misogynistic 😂
❤❤❤
I really liked the video but I want to ask you what about soft prn content on the internet or hyper sexualisation of women, what about toxic beauty standards they try to show as body positivity or promotion of gangster culture among youth. Of course these people are very good at attention-seeking but at what cost ? And I think following the same trend by all influencers is cringe after some days coz it feels boring like the current one sniper sniper sniper sniper wifey. and no matter how good a company is at marketing or attention-seeking if the product is harmful for the society it cant be appreciated.
I am obviously against any content that is misogynistic or toxic. I was referring to other videos like Darshan singing songs or creators that act out random scenes/lipsync to music.
I'm afraid if everyone (content creator and consumer) is aware of it . If not then, motivation from this video is dangerous 😢

"The problem is with their content, not the audience. 🤷♂️ People follow influencers like Punnet Superstar just to laugh at the absurd things they do, not because they admire them. For example, he recently went down a gutter and drank the dirty water 🤢 just to grab attention. And now, she's acting like the issue lies with us for calling them 'cringe' or 'chappri,' instead of acknowledging how ridiculous their behavior is. 🙄 She wouldn't even watch their content if it was recommended in her feed. The real issue is with these influencers doing anything for attention, not with the audience reacting to it. 🫠"
