Rip up the tracks. How does having a train in the middle of the road speed up commute times/ Replace with buses. Cheaper, faster and more efficient.

Streetcars are significantly more energy and space efficient, and if anything are actually helping to improve traffic than if there was one more lane given how many people one vehicle carries
