- Nice cool gloomy morning for the October Pomona Swap Meet. Thousands of classic cars and trucks on display, many for sale. This includes hot rods, customs, lowriders, pickups, Corvettes, Volkswagens, and other antique autos.

To me the swap meet was a Valley Drive in for the mission Drive in my dad used to go there every Saturday especially when he cleaned out the garage I was about 17 years old this is in the good old days in 1970 everything has changed so much over the years pretty soon nothing seems like it used to be 😅

Lots of project cars w/ fairly ambitious pricing. You give an honest opinion without being disrespectful. In the near future I may be in the market for a 61-64 Lincoln convertible. The prices have really shot up on these maybe because of movies like entourage.. Thanks Mike, good videos..

Mike, you should come to the AMC show in November. It would be s completely different type show. All AMC’s! We get 60-70 cars every year, and a big variety of beautiful AMCs. We’d love to see you. There is a barbecue at the park in Boulder City on Friday afternoon.
I'm in Vegas for SEMA earlier that week. I don't think I can go back up for the AMC show this year.

seller spots were half empty today and the same as last Sunday at the long beach swap meet. I sell online for free on offerup and on craigslist ads much better than throwing my hard-earned money going to the swap meets with no buyers. my hobby over 20 years and counting. good to see your videos at home mike.
To be fair it did rain the night before, so many sellers might have stayed home because of that. The internet does give sellers a worldwide market though.

Check the swap's website. Most likely you need a tax number since I know the non car swap meets and flea markets in the area do.

So many cars needing work and really, really overpriced! Now, I know what people mean when they say, hey that is a Pomona Swap Meet Price!!!
There's usually a few deals mixed in though.
Looks like a lot of $500 cars that are way over priced. If the old dudes that are buying these cars went to a shop and determined costs to rebuild them they would be headed to the recycling facility. The prices keep going up because the US dollar is close to worthless.

Some of the cars are parked right next to each other. It’s not always possible to get shots further away. I also have to watch out for crowds walking by.

I appreciate your coverage of events... suggestion... places like pomona you walk the front rows and post mostly for sale.. alot of that is junk that is way overpriced. Just show nice different cars. You don't hit the back row of the bombs.. just show more nice done cars not just anything with a for sale sign. 80% of stuff there is junk that's overpriced. So many nice cars thar aren't for sale. Show more of those. If someone is watching your videos online. Then they can research all those cars cuz I'm sure thier posted somewhere. Show the families, kids, people bbqing and continuing family traditions.
Berdoo for 10 years. What happened to this meet? Not like it was for sure! Big bucks for lots of JUNK!!!
