Awesome list! I have a chainer deck but it's an everyone discard focused deck. I have 3 mono colored decks that do something out of the norm for their color pie: white mill, red enchantress/politics, and green land destruction. I also have a planned blue aristocrats deck and a black spell slinger deck.
I have a similar deck is jaxis the troublemaker, and im suprise you didn't include all the clone effecta in red;kiki jiki, delina, fable of the mirror breaker, even mirror march is a ton of fun, just a recomention to try it out
i was thinking of making a garna list but after this video, i may just build this instead appreciate the video and thank you as well as the youtube algorithm.
I have felt something similar when trying to build my own blink with all the cards I was trying to add were cards that everyone was already including. I ended up combing it with enchantments so the entire deck is focused on getting enchantments to enter the battlefield instead of creatures
I started to build chainer, is it better to dump huge demons in the yard and reanimate with reanimation spells, or sac and reanimate low cmc creature with ETB/LTB effects with chsiner's effect? Does the two things coexists?
I had this idea when first starting to build my Chainer deck but then moved to Sire of Insanity grindy toolbox strategy instead. Threw in some beaters like Wurmcoil Engine Phyrexian Fleshgorger and Kokusho for lifegain and good ole Sheoldred for fun.
There's stuff like Puppeteer Clique, which steals other people's stuff, but I don't think theres anything that just comes in as a straight up copy. Maybe someday...
I think you could do this pretty easily with better mana (fetchlands + dual lands is pretty close to double I think) but some of the fun expensive reserved list spells could be good to add too.
Great video! Quick question about Chainers ability (might be a stupid question but fairly new to MTG): Can you discard a creature card, then play that same creature card from the graveyard? Or the card you discard can’t be the card that’s played from your graveyard?
Great question! Chainer's ability just cares about casting a creature and not any specific or targeted creature, so as long as the ability resolves and the creature you discarded is still in the graveyard, you can cast it!
I loved this video. One thing tho when you mention ETBs you used Grave and Inferno Titan as examples. Chainer is my main deck and ive found that these cards are just too expensive for what they give us. I know we can cheat them with Necromancers but its risky to start using them before you get kukosho and grey merchant in hand. My chainer is a sort of vampire tribal in a way with lots of card draw and death triggers. A lot of really expensive creatures listed in the vid. some alternatives i use: Pawn of ulamog - you're gonna be sacrificing a tonne get mana back while you're at it Bontus monument - Chainer "casts" the cards from your graveyard not only does this help with that it also pings the table cheap creatures like insolent neonate, falkenrath gorger, and serrated scorpion will be a cheap way to get death triggers early on speaking of death triggers Grim Haruspex will draw you cards so will midnight reaper dont have asnods alter in your hand? Bloodthorn vampire and yehenni can sacrifice at instant speed for free. but none are as good as viscera seer Of course you're gonna want the heavy hitters for late game. but if your deck is full of 4+ CMC creatures you're gonna be kicking yourself when you cant get your sac engine going early.

That sounds awesome! Do you post your lists anywhere?
White mill is actually pretty normal, but the rest sound cool
nice, I've bsen working on my own rakdos blink to compliment my bant blink
It’s so fun to play with the whole color pie!

Thanks for the suggestion! I think those would all be really great includes for a strategy like this.

Garna probably works really well as the general for this strategy too! Thanks for watching
Are you still making content? Just wondering cause I love you vids!

Sounds fun!
yo man just built a imotli celebrant of bounty deck and considering your username sugest you try it too!
Imoti is awesome! I've played with her before in some casual decks, but as the general I have pretty minimal experience. I'll check it out! Thanks.
Would duelcaster mage also continue the loop like ardent elementalist?

That's some nasty top end!
Great Video! :D
Thank you!
Why discard squee when you discard the creature you want and give it haste
Are there any clones in Red and Black that you can use in this deck?
There's stuff like Puppeteer Clique, which steals other people's stuff, but I don't think theres anything that just comes in as a straight up copy. Maybe someday...
Kiki-Jiki, Twinflame and Jaxis come to mind. They are EoT tokens but should do just fine
can you do one but with double the budget

gameplay?
Archon of Cruelty would be a nasty include if you wanna lose friends.
Getting the trigger once is already bad enough, but twice or three times is gross!
Cauldron of souls.
Always been really wary to put it in a deck because it's 5 mana upfront, but maybe this shell is a good spot for it!
I run it in my Brago deck and it basically makes him board wipe proof.
I think you should totally include more evoke creatures and maybe a kroxa!
Also bolt wing mauler could be a good way to push through damage!
@@leviscott8802 Great suggestions!
