And after enlarging that exh port that much your gonna bolt on some small diameter header. it doesnt make much sense to open up the runner that much.

Just don't hog it, make channels with a rasp. Take the sharp edges and hard turns down and port match it. That's the best you are going to get without a dyno or flow bench.

U need a flow bench, then u,ll see how u killed ur flow on porting,took out too much Bud,

I gained 300rpm and 3mph
More air flow but less velocity
But yeah a flow bench would help
