rolling your shirts, towels, facecloths helps you find what you need without destroying the drawer, also you can pack more! little bthrm storage cups can also be found at dollar stores.
I have noticed your headboard covering and window box coverings on many occasions and have admired them every time..lovely. love the print! Pegboard- great idea, will pass that one along to my hubby. Thanks guys!!

Your dividers for the drawers are a great idea. The thing about a lot of RV storage is that they have these huge spaces that only allow you to utilize a small part of them or, as you said, become very disorganized. Creating dividers and new shelves in these spaces maximize the the storage capabilities. Safe travels.

We're not full-timers yet, but with watching your 'how to videos' like this one, I've been transforming our beloved fifth wheel into our home: I replaced the ugly wallpaper trim, I made new valances in the bedroom, I'm making a quilt for the bed, and we're hanging pictures. It is sooo wonderful!!! And I have you to thank because it was watching your videos that inspired and showed me it could be done. 😘 With every change I make, we're loving our fifth wheel even more - a wonderful and homie home away from home. Blessings to you both! ♥️

Hi from Richland Washington heading toward Glacier NP. As always enjoyed the video. I was surprised you didn't mention the safety plus. That is an awesome upgrade. It has made a huge difference in how our Tiffin Allegro Red steers. Also a little bit of money for the upgrades lol! ! ! Let's do the math 1000.00 a piece for each Battle Born battery × 6 = 6000.00, safety + 1300.00 installed with an alignment, solar 1000 watts plus a DC bus system and a BMK 3000.00, snap pads 180.00, EZZ tire tpms 400.00, We boost cell signal booster 499.00, AGM chassis batteries interstate 779.00, water softener 287.00. Oh yeah a ton of accessories to many to count hoses etc. Full timing in a class A with boondocking capability is an expensive proposition. One more mod or upgrade Mrs. Herron will probably shoot me. The one thing I liked about the King Aire is that Newmar listens to their customers. They put in adjustable shelves, that allows a way to add shelves. Our unit came with a pegboard and aluminum bins attached that hold fluids. Our pass throughs have power trays so I added shelves even with the bottom of the main rails. We use clear stackable totes that are numbered with the contents written on it. I have a spread sheet with all the totes numbers and the contents in each. If I need something, I know just where to find it.

Great video. 👍 I use the wire shelf racks in my cabinets too. I realized after our first trip out there is so much wasted space. We have a triangular corner medicine cabinet so I used the tension rods there since it's an odd shape. And I love the skinny hangers. I think I will be checking in to baskets for the over bed cabinets because it's always a mess up there. Thanks for the great tips.

When I 1st starting watchingTH-cam RV videos I saw a tip I have since started using after I had a plastic bin of coffee cups and glasses come flying out of our cabinet after going through a dip in the road while making a left turn. The tip was to cut plexiglass the width of the cabinet and make it as tall as you think is necessary to keep you stuff in the cabinet. I hold it in place with command strip picture hanging strips. This way you can pull the plexiglass out of the cabinet to get to your stuff then pop it back in when ready to hit the road. You can see through it to see what is in the cabinet and it is taller than tension rods so you don’t have to worry about things slipping under the bar or over the top of the rod. Works well so far. I also use hanging sweater bags in my clothes closets to hold t-shirts and shorts, etc because there is not enough drawer space in our Class A Winnebago Journey. I have one for my husband and one for myself. I also took a cloth shoe holder and cut it to fit the side wall in that same closet to hold our other small stuff and the other piece from it I screwed to the back wall behind the sweater bags to hold items that we use occasionally. Closet is deep so we have to utilize all available space. We have two clothes hanging closets in the bedroom for our hanging clothes so that is why we can use the sweater bags in the dbl closet in the bathroom area. Plus we have another long closet next to it where I store our jackets, long hanging clothes, our small shop vac and a small two tier Stanley rolling tool box.

I love your ideas ! I am always surprised at people in Class A's and other RV that don't insulate against that outside wall. You would think the first time they open a cabinet door and feel the heat/cold hit them in the face they would realize there is a need to add insulation . I often wonder if there is a contest for picking out the ugliest upholstery in the RV manufacturer's design world. Love your choice, much brighter and as you said, "making it your own" goes a long way. Thank you for sharing.

Great job!!! Stacy I guess great minds think alike :) We use all those organizing items and the tension rods already. I cheated though and bought my drawer organizers at IKEA....love keeping everything in it's own space. We have hangers very similar to the ones in the video but we found that the hangers fall off the rod in our travels so my husband just pushes the clothes to one side, ties a belt around the rod and presto!!!!!! hangers stay on rod :) :) :) Haven't tried a redo on our headboard and valances but it's on my list :) Love you guys...stay safe....enjoy your journeys

Luckily, we haven't had a problem with clothes falling off the rods. But we have heard of that happening.

Great organization tips. I already use dividers but I just use bins in my drawers .... I found some that divide my drawers and are the perfect hight, width, and depth ... are they going to fit in my van ???? Probably not but bins come in a variety of sizes and your right they are inexpensive 😁. You are definitely glamping .... It may be a downsize from your sticks and bricks but you have a ton of stuff in that RV. I am having a hard time dowsizing to just a van load of stuff 🤔. Well, happy trails ... have fun and stay safe.

No doubt we glamp! I have camped in a popup and tent as a kid and my goal was comfort and space when we hit the road. We may downsize in the future but for now Ruby is a perfect fit for our lifestyle.

Well, we just got our rig and starting to work out what we are going to need. The organization is a big part of this because of limited storage space. Some great tips thanks!

Great video! Thanks for some really great tips. I hadn't thought to put the reflective in the back of storage bins. 😊 I had noticed the heat, but didn't think of that. It will be on our to-do list. Safe and fun travels 😊💕🇺🇸

For the tools, try doing a search on Harbor Freight for 18 in. Magnetic Tool Holder. I like them in my shop.

We do too but we may have to retire them. We can never keep them in sync. One is always loosing time. I'm thinking of replacing them with family photos.
