If you want more variants, you'd be better off getting the free remake mods from nexus, they also overhaul the general appearance of the animals to make them far more accurate to the real-life animals.
I made a battle royal zoo for fun once and guess what happened In the animal adoption shop there were two random albino crocodilians that unfortunately died during the battle :[ Never have I ever seen anything like that again.

You forgot the camel they can be albinos too I had a albino camel before and with like different coats.
