You should start with the side nearest the tool chests. That way if the car slips of the jack stands you wont get squashed. It will allow the car to slide off towards open space. Much safer.
There are jacking points for commercial jacks on the chassis apparently. The rubber rectangles are for emergency use when changing tyres with the included scissor jack.
