    Lyrics:
Good evening kids, take your seats, open up your Bibles
I'm gonna chase down some rivals so keep your eyes wide open
Your young soul lost control, make your first foul
This is my duty to set the grounds
She grabbed my hair and took me
And placed me in front of the class
She gave a hint I was a clue of the past
I’m in the middle of the holy of holies
    I have no worries
I saw fuzzy icons on the wall
    I saw needles and stones
So she put a paper bag on my head
She pointed finger at me and then she said
Dear Lord, forgive me as I'm slapping, slapping
    Slapping this sinful child
Bang your head against the wall, shout, shout
What is wrong and what is right
    She chose me because I'm
    Mercy, mercy
    Merciful
Put your knuckle on the table, meet my friend Ferule
    Who'll punish you!
Will the prejudice let us down?
We stand firmly on our ground
Don’t let the school make a fool of you
Because your teachers may be fools too
Will the prejudice let us down?
We stand firmly on our ground
Don't let the school make a fool of you
Because your teachers may be fools too
    Laws chalked on the blackboard
Come be erased until it gets boring
Then he spoke, and then she choked
Tell dark convictions, her soul withering
She made a pulse in her verbal overdose
My paper bag slipped down on the floor
    I took a look around
    There was no sanctuary
Desk is empty, the school was all imaginary
    Teacher, teacher! Self-proclaimed preacher
Under the flag of welfare your lectures start to blare!
We need no soap shoved down our throats
So keep your monologues unrated and remote
I am a bad example of order
This life is not a prison and you are not a warden
Please, teacher teacher! Leave us alone
As we accept life lessons from no one
Will the prejudice let us down?
We stand firmly on our ground
Don't let the school make a fool of you
Because your teachers may be fools too
Will the prejudice let us down?
We stand firmly on our ground
Don't let the school make a fool of you
Your idols scream to me throwing shame on my face
As I turn away from infamy and disgrace
I smile to you, cuz I want you to see
How I break the rules in front of your trinity
    Your idol screamed to me
    Throwing shame on my face
As I turn away from infamy and disgrace, oh
    I smile to you
    I smile to you

I genuinely dont think I've ever heard a band before where every single band member is this damn good. Tatiana steals the show, her vocals are incredible and if you're a Metalhead you fall in love with her. Vlads drumming is incredible, and he knows exactly when to do what. Eugene's Bass, its rare that a bass player stands out as much as he does, he's not just background, he really adds to the song. And Romans guitar work is just killer.
And this song is incredible, and the changing vibes to it, and the different voices you can hear. I can hear In This Moment in this, and Lacuna Coil and so much that you can say is Jinjer. That's the big thing with Jinjer so much of what they do you cant really compare to anyone else. It'd be easy to compare them to The Agonist or Arch Enemy, but Jinjers sound is just their own.

"Good evening, kids, take your seats
    Open up your Bibles
    I'm gonna chastise some rivals
So keep your eyes wide open
    The young soul lost control
    Make your first foul
This is my duty to set the bounds"
    She grabbed my hand
Took me in, placed me in front of the class
She gave a hint I was the clown of the class
I'm in the middle of the Holy of Holies
    I have no worries
I saw dusty icons on the wall
    I saw needles and stones
So she put a paper bag on my head
She pointed finger at me, and then she said
"Dear Lord, forgive me as I'm slapping, slapping
    Slapping this sinful child
By your hand I'm led so I will show, show
What is wrong and what is right
Choose your label 'cause I'm mercy, mercy, merciful
Put your knuckles on the table
Meet my friend Pharoah who'll punish you
When their prejudice let us down
We stand firmly on our ground
Don't let their school make a fool of you
Because the teachers may be fools too
When their prejudice let us down
We stand firmly on our ground
Don't let their school make a fool of you
Because the teachers may be fools too
    Laws chalked on the blackboard
Can't be erased until it gets boring
The lady spoke and then she choked
On her convictions oh so alluring
She made a pause in her verbal overdose
My paper bag slipped down on the floor
I took a look around, there was no sanctuary
Desks empty, the school was all imaginary, ah
    Teacher, teacher!
    Self-proclaimed preacher
    Under the flag of welfare
    Your lectures start to blare
We need no soap shoved down our throats
So keep your monologues unrated and remote
I am a bad example of order
This life is not a prison and you are not a warden
    Please teacher, teacher!
    Leave us alone
As we accept life lessons from no one
When their prejudice let us down
We stand firmly on our ground
Don't let their school make a fool of you
Because the teachers may be fools too
When their prejudice let us down
We stand firmly on our ground
Don't let their school make a fool of you
    Your idols scream to me
    Throwing shame on my face
As I turn away from infamy and disgrace
I smile to you, 'cause I want you to see
How I break the rules in front of your trinity
    Your idols scream to me
    Throwing shame on my face
As I turn away from infamy and disgrace
    Oh, I smile to you
    I smile to you

With me being a school bus driver, I tend to see a lot of things. Normally though, I’m not allowed to talk about those things. So I will keep this pretty anonymous. I did see a teacher at this school harassing and chastising a particular student versus being fair to the rest of the class. This was her class outside, and the student was albino. And I guess because the student was different from the rest, he had to be treated different? She was always much more meaner to that student than the rest, and she even singled him out from time to time and made him feel incompetent. I was his driver, and there is not much that would come out of this boy’s mouth every time he got onto my bus. One day though (right before the end of the semester), I took it upon myself to talk to the boy since he was the first one onto my bus. We had a decent little talk for five minutes before another student came out towards the bus. I think the peptalk helped. And while driving home, I announced that I was going to be playing this song to the students, some were curious while others didn’t seem to care. Just so happened to be that this was one of that students favorite songs. On his way off the bus, he came to shake my hand and thanked me, for everything. I’m so glad that I can make that boy’s day a little bit better, it’s too bad his teacher couldn’t have done the same thing.

I used to really hate this genre, this chick is unforgettable, I kept humming her growls lol.
It amazes me how she transitions hers voice patterns. She is gorgeous and an extremely talented singer/vocalist.
The choruses in her songs are so beautiful. I am a huge rock fan, but never liked that heavy type of metal, but since I found this lately, I can't believe I have this METAL in my playlist now.
