It's been nearly a decade but I am still amazed to have seen not one, but *two* different Gojira concerts with a crowd of maybe 100 people in Vermont. These guys are so dedicated to the art -- they were already playing to packed houses and giant crowds at HVY MTL, Amnesia, et al. But they still took the time to play couple gigs at small venues.
I am a huge fan of both and i listened to both this and dream theater's alien song. Don't get me wrong I loved the alien song but this has a really solid groove and it also is gojira what's not to love.
Brazilian me is proud as fuck for being a Gojira addicted listener. Ashamed as fuck for being part of the same mankind that are destructing our own planet.
This song is released exactly 25 years after the Sepultura song Roots bloody roots which is really cool. If the new album is only half as good as Roots i'm 1 happy metalhead.

It's been nearly a decade but I am still amazed to have seen not one, but *two* different Gojira concerts with a crowd of maybe 100 people in Vermont. These guys are so dedicated to the art -- they were already playing to packed houses and giant crowds at HVY MTL, Amnesia, et al. But they still took the time to play couple gigs at small venues.
