I practice QI GONG to revitalise and reenergise myself as an older person…also I coach people on how to manage stress and I recommend people visit your channel to learn the practices you teach to give them the opportunity to learn self management techniques that are not too hard for them to do - being able to access your approach via you tube from NZ is just a bonus.
I practice Qigong because it helps me feel centered...and it's difficult to really define what centered means but I just feel good all over. I've learned so much from your videos, Jeffrey...thank you!!

Doing Qui gong makes it like "Lost In The Eternal Void" and just leaves mind in state of harmony with soul. I was suffering from insomnia before watching your videos. I'm 76 years old. I have been practicing yoga for about forty-five years. Because of aging, some postures have become more difficult to do. A year or so ago, I discovered qigong and Jeffrey Chand's approach to developing a practice. Since then I've been doing qigong almost daily and am very pleased with the way it allows me to feel, both mentally and physically. It hasn't replaced my yoga practice, but has given me another way to manage the aging process and feel good about myself as I'm aging. Thank you so much, Jeffrey.

Yesss, healing an unbalanced digestion, I went outside with my earthing moccasins, in the full sun. It felt peaceful and powerful, my body swayed gently as i placed my hands on my lower dantien, I finish it with a palm rub and gently place them there. Thank you 💕
Well, it's Sunday morning 23rd of July 2023. I have being doing various Qi-gong exercises. I find I like the more slower approach. This may have to do with my age, 75. I have done yoga for a large part of my life. After I did some exercises this morning this video “sprung up”. To what do I need, my answer was “all of the above”. As a late in life diagnosed HSP I have incorporated the “Healthy Boundaries” as a daily routine. I enjoyed the meditation.
Dear Jeffrey Gigong helped me recover from a fractured patella the gently movements were sooooo wonderful as I kept my circulation flowing and it uplifted my mood 🌟🙏🌟❣️I remain sooo grateful it is my wake up joy every day ⭐️⭐️🌼🌲⭐️⭐️

Thank you so much. I used it and will continue to use it to try to take that sun from the Dan Tian and pull it in to heal my digestion and posture, which are interrelated, and hopefully by default my brain will healthily change. I feel better after my first time.
