Thanks for this. You are so informative. I soooo wish I cld come to you for my TT. Had triplets 12 yrs ago but I’m ideal patient as far as weight/prep/healing. I can relate to your patient not being happy w local consultations she received. I don’t want to go to someone who will just do the procedure, even if they are Board certified and nearby. Why if results are average. The level of detail, artistry and education you seem to give has me sold. It’s just too much to organize - being cross country for 3 wks w fam. Pls hv more of your patients share how they managed their logistics.
No one ever talks about money. I get it, but I’m so interested! I plan to have my mommy make over with fat transfer to the breast there and fly from Seattle. I realize cost is all different but I would have even been interested in what the air bnb was for a month. To me it will be worth it because I feel he is the best but I’d like to know what to save. I do plan on paying cash. Loved the video and can’t wait for the next one!!!
thanks. The cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call our plastic surgery office and ask for a price.

Hey dr Barrett who would be consider for fat transfer in the breast?
fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.
In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:
• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken
• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers
• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts
• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implants
You should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
