Loved that cilantro lime rice recipe. Thank you so much. Tip on getting your tacos like they do in Mexico. Marinade the meat whole then grill it outside on the grill 3 minutes on each side. Rest 6 minutes then slice it up. And it you rub baking soda on the meat before you put it in the marinade it will tenderize it while it’s marinading. No more then a tablespoon. Love you hun. Ok…sweet thing …I did the street tacos and I got to share something a super tip to kick that flavor just a notch…I was tempted to cook that meat as per your video but I went a head and let it cook on that medium high heat till the juice was absorbed and I let it char a little bit so don’t stir it too often turned it once I think and I let it marinate over night…and …and added some sliced avocado…girly that’s how we do it in SanAntonio 😉….My hubby said this may be his new weekly beef serving dish ….can’t wait to make the other 2 dishes 🥰 Much love from TX

I cook them at 400 degrees and just stir them around every so often to prevent them burning and the crispness that I want. I don't use timers, smell, taste and the look of the food determines doneness for me. At least that is how my mother taught me.
A great substitute for skirt steak is flap steak/meat. It's a lot cheaper than flat iron too! All of these recipes looks so good. Thank you for sharing!
If you warm your tortillas they won’t fall apart. Most people use a comal or pan. I like to put them straight on the burner and get a little char on them. Adds great flavor. But only for a few seconds.

I want to make all three, I have at least 4 different recipes for dinners this week. I work evenings so I try to leave a good dinner for my husband it's just the 2 of us so I try to plan several meals so he can just warm it all
Those tacos looks so good… I’m from California and we eat tacos every day we do not reserve them just for Tuesdays LOL I wanna eat all kinds of tacos but what you guys call Mexican street tacos or what we typically eat more so than what you traditionally consider a taco… That barbecue casserole I’m on the fence about to be honest… I feel like it needed rice like it should’ve been a rice dish casserole versus adding the potatoes on the side… That’s probably just my own preferences…I did a copycat Popeyes chicken or the Popeyes chicken sandwich because personally, i prefer them to the Chick-fil-A… Chick-fil-A used to be my absolute favorite until Popeyes came along… and it is so good I think I got mine off of Pinterest too…Great recipes this week Mandy

I do potatoes with the Lipton soups ALL the time. Same process you did, but instead of cooking them in a skillet, I put them in the air fryer.
