I'm a resident in Hong Kong. If anything, I personally do not recommend going to aqua HK or the Chinese restaurant before that. This is due to astronomically high prices there and sure you may argue that the view is nice, you can go to tst harbour and soak up the view there either by the traditional ferry which costs next to nothing or just standing there and absorbing the view as well as the fresh smell of the sea. Hong Kong is a nice place to stay but just beware of the heat and the density of the area, if you do come to Hong Kong, I would recommend visiting places like Mong Kok or Causeway bay if you would like to shop for either normal or high end brands. Have a good one.

I had dinner last christmas eve at the Aqua Spirit, It was one of the most expensive restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life. While the food was definitely outstanding, and the view is insanely beautiful, I surely have to agree with you that there’s plenty more options for a better price and great food as well. I’d only recommend to go to the bar and have a drink there.

Don't come during the summer. The high humidity will make you sweat the instant you are exposed to the outside air, and will make you eternally grateful for every building and public transport vehicle you step into for the airconditioned interiors.

People in HK speak Cantonese, so if you go there I'd recommend learning Traditional Chinese rather than the simplified Chinese you used to type that sentence. Of course, this is optional. I live in HK and I'm terrible at Cantonese. There are usually english translations for everything, except for some restaurant menus.

hong kong is a first world country in the bird's eye view but a nightmare to be born and live in. only 2.7% of the island's land space is used for urbanization. Protests in the name of democracy are done constantly by the young but always ignored simply because the people in charge don't have the capacity of power to make any change. People live in tiny cages throughout the country unless you are incredibly rich, the young don't see much future there ever since the country was returned to China.
China has a whole lot of its own problems to worry about than to worry about this tiny island's inhabitants. As long as businesses going on as usual in the city and they are paying taxes, little difference would the welfare of the average and poor make for their own agenda. In mainland china, the average and poor can't afford to buy their own houses amounting no less than half of mainland's population while there are plenty of empty ghost cities where no one is living just because housing prices are monopolized for the rich to profit on.
Back to the title's topic, the format and video content quality is pretty low

It's very weird to separate Hong Kong Island and Kowloon as two places (which actually they're). The fact that Tsim Sha Tsui or the Kowloon Peninsula was developed is because the signing of the treaty of Peking, which ceased Kowloon Peninsula to the British. Nowadays, both Hong Kong Island & Kowloon Peninsula are extremely crowded (especially Kowloon, according to government census, the population density is higher than Hong Kong Island). Hong Kong mainly develop New Territories to solve the problem, not Kowloon.
