Hi, is there a way to check if the ffd is working correctly. I have a the same wheel and I have feeling that the FFB is generally not strong enough(the wheel is brand new) and it is getting weaker during gaming(the base does not heat up at all). For example, I play f1 2020/22 and "on track effect" is set to 100 but it is almost absent, it occurs very rarely(it's like I'm driving on an almost perfectly smooth road) and it feels very, very, very weak. А month ago I played the same games on a different wheel(same model - thrustmaster tx) and the feeling was completely different. These are my settings: Тhrustmaster control panel: Rotation: 360 deg Overall strength of all forces: 75% Constatn: 100% Periodic: 100% Srping: 100% Damper: 100% F1 2020 settings: Vibration and ffb: 70 On track effects: 20 - 100 (there is almost no difference) Rumblestrip Effects: 50 Off track effects: 65 Wheel damper: 10 Understeer Enhance: off I have updated the firmware to the latest version - 58.06. There isn't much of a difference in terms of vibrations when I set the rest of the f1 settings to their maximum values, only the wheel feels tighter. On the other wheel I played on (same model) with the same settings the feeling was completely different and the desk almost bounced at maximum settings. May you share your experience with the wheel and do you think there might be a problem with the base?
Hey, I'm here a little late..., Yes, I face issue with F1 2023. The wheel, all of a sudden has no feedback. The whole wheel goes weightless. Reconnecting the USB does fix the issue. ( this is specific to F1 2023). You can test it with a different game or on the client firmware for force feedback operations. If you have similar experience, It potentially could be an issue with the Base itself.
Does the metal post on the stand get in the way of using the pedals ? especially the brake pedal. Seems like its in the way. I have a VelocityOne stand with the same issue. I'm thinking of flipping it round somehow so the post is at the rear and not in between you and the pedals.
I'm kind off used to this now. I don't have a cockpit, so I can move my seat to sit close to the post so that each leg is on either side. My legs usually don't touch the post. But... there's another problem with my setup. The Th8a shifter is mounted directly to the stand and the output wire is drawn down on the th8a . The wire sometimes touches my knee while using clutch, and I'm worried it'll snap the cable one day. I've tried resizing the hight but I would endup stressing my arms reaching the wheel.. I don't know how stable it would be if you reverse it.
It works a bit different in my opinion. When I play on PC, I was able to adjust my feedback force. But the feature on xbox was absent. You'll feel a bit too much of force on wheel on the presets. The in-game settings were not much effective on the overall feedback on the wheel... when compared to tuning it with drivers on PC. But it has got no issues with mechanics. Works flawlessly :)
@@Th3GameLand Thanks man. I bought it and it works without any issues on my Series S. You were right about the feedback force. It was too much and I had to manually reduce it in game settings..
T300 is for PC/PS4/PS3, TX is the corresponding product for PC/Xbox One. Note that both are compatible with PC. Internals are the same between T300 and TX as far as I know, except for the maximum rotation which is 1080° for the T300 and 900° for the TX. The extra rotation beyond 900° isn't useful in most sims though, but it's nice to have. If you plan on playing only on PC, then you will be fine with either of them. I have an Xbox too, so I chose this.
There are a lot of controversies going on regarding this. There are a ton of discussions on reddit about this. I'm not completely sure about it as well.!! Just fingers crossed. These are performing brilliant. Will probably have to find out about this when the day comes.
@@Th3GameLand hey how's it performing, I'm so much confused rn i want to choose TM but the service part is scaring me and that is why I'm considering to settle for less with logitech, what should i do?
@@ishangupta4304 It's indeed a difficult choice. I'm happy my wheel is performing good without any defects until date... But yes, in long term.. perhaps you shold consider Logitech as we have service centers in India.
@@Th3GameLand What you've done is, I suppose the only thing you really could do, pick out a single point in my statement that has nothing at all to do with the point was making, and try to argue that one word with a semantics game. Or...You've missed my point entirely, and I'll assume the latter in good faith. What my statement means is...This wheel (and any wheel really) that's over $100 is not in your realm of "fun" for these silly racing titles you're using. They are arcade games, maybe "simcade" at their very best. The people who use wheels like this one, and others in this higher price range are people that are more serious about sim racing. The word "race" in sim racing has nothing to do with "oh, I'm just here to win!!!" either... It's a hobby, a craft, a real sport, and even a living for some people. I'm saying this... You have no business reviewing a wheel like this because you do not know enough about sim racing or have enough experience in sim racing to be giving your opinion and advice to others. You see, I've never played a real harp before, so you know what I don't do? I don't review harps. You're not a sim racer, yet here you are reviewing a sim racing wheel. If you want to review wheels for people who play those "racing games", (the types of people who would use a third person view because sim racers don't and CANNOT, bet ya didn't know that did ya?) then review wheels that are marketed to that segment of demographic; wheels under $100 or so. Fair enough? Because you're flooding TH-cam with content that is of a review of something that you're not really qualified to review, if that makes sense. And I say all of this not to be disrespectful or mean, I'm saying it just to be honest. I'm sure the rest of your channel is great, so long as you're reviewing products that you actually know about and have experience with. And I do wish you success and I thank you for being a content creator.
Well, I don't completely agree with you on this! , But I accept your point I'm not a hardcore sim racer. But there are peeople making a living, having fun on wheels and not just be a serious sim racer too !

Noway its just 20k rightnow in flipkart but i got no cash😢
I’m selling mine and I have all of the boxes but couldn’t work out how it all went back together. I used this video in reverse to show me.
Is it suitable for ps4?
Would I need a hub to connect the gated shifter and the tss handbrake or does the base have enough ports for everything
Mine is coming in on Monday Thanks for the review
The base has only one port available apparently !

Hey quick question where did you order this wheel from the actual website? Thanks
Nope, Amazon
But it shows currently not available on amazon@@Th3GameLand
Great review bro
Thank you ! Appreciate your feedback :)

TX is for Xbox and T300 is for PlayStation. So it just means that he has a Xbox
Brooooooo. I was thinking of this! Just thought it is too common to be guessed:') btw conngoo finally multiple games🗿
I was actually expecting a leak from my friends who watch streams 😂
Is it stuck to 900 degrees or can it go 1080?
I suppose "Ferrari 458 challenge", "Ferrari 599 XX Evo 30" and "TM Leather 28GT" are all locked to 900°
I was unable to go beyond it.
bro the warrenty issues what to do

Anyone who "races" in third person view has no business reviewing a racing wheel over $100.
"race" is not a thing that defines "experience" in game
Here to have fun with it and not win a race I suppose
