Composed in 1997 by Dick Lee and popularised by the singer Kit Chan, "Home" is widely regarded as the one of the most beloved of Singapore’s national songs. Arranged for choir and orchestra by Kelly Tang, performed for the first time in concert, 11 Aug 2018 at the SSO National Day Concert.
