I had to pull an NT20SEQ that was never used. Second hand 2 year old trailer. With the thermostat turned on, you'd hear a click and then nothing. I checked the limit switch and sail switch and both were good. So thought maybe the motor was bad and found that the red wire had never been connected to the control board. I then put 12vdc to it and it ran beautifully. Connected the red to the board and we were on our way. The trailer heated up beautifully. I guess QC missed this somewhere along the line.

I have a suburban furnace . It turns on and runs normal . Then shuts off. It will run for 10 minutes . 5 minutes , 2 minutes . All over the map . Then after shuts I have to shut thermostat off. Wait for click sound and then start it all over again .. I’ve replaced the sails switch , the computer, the spark wire ..

What gauge Wago Connectors do you use for the furnace wires?

I replaced the motor and still have the same problem. the motor runs fine when when the squirrel cage is not attached to the shaft , when I attach the squirrel cage it runs for about 2 seconds shuts off runs for 2 seconds shuts off then pops the fuse. I take the squirrel cage off it runs fine. This has happened to the old motor and the new motor. What do you think could do this? Thank you for all your shows.
