  • Welcome back for our final leg of our recent four day trip across the Channel into France on our motorcycles, a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and a BMW R1200GS Adventure.
In this video, we sadly have to leave France and head back from Dieppe to Newhaven on the ferry and then onwards to Salisbury.
Please like and subscribe to the channel if you enjoyed this video, watch the rest of the series (4 videos in total) if you haven't already and stay tuned for more content at some point in the near future!

Thank you for reminding me why I don’t live in England. I really couldn’t put up with that sort of traffic.

Ah it's not so bad, it helps you practice your filtering! 😂

🤣 yeah, it got a bit hectic at points!
And yes, it's nice to see the trip almost to the finish (I've made a note to take more memory cards on the next one!), it's my first "big" project like this, so has been quite time consuming. Not sure what I'm going to do with my evenings now, especially as the weather isn't great for riding at the mo too!

That was nifty camera work passing the Lotus Cortina. Who needs an insta 360 eh....
I went on the Newhaven-Dieppe ferry in the summer, nice ferry and cheap! I also remember endless filtering all the way from Newhaven almost to Portsmouth!!
    Happy Days.

Ha, yes - my "budget" 360 camera shot! 😂 I'd forgotten I'd done that until I watched the footage through in the edit. The traffic is just normal I guess for that area, but after riding in France on almost empty roads it did seem VERY busy.
That ferry route is great, comfortable, not too long, but long enough for a decent rest if you've been riding a few hours to get there. And yes, really good value. We paid I think about £63 for the return ticket, so less than £32 each way. Can't argue with that!

@@stevew9810 Exactly what I paid in June 👍And because the boat always arrives at the same time, all the hotels are still open for late check in. Had a day in Dieppe on way back, and it's a really nice place.

Good series of video's my friend. If you go again my advice would be go by yourself or with someone that does not get us motorcyclists a bad name. His riding was pretty average and his filtering was disgusting. I f the police had seen him they would campaign to make it illegal.
