Thank you for your cooking videos! I started roasting butternut and other squash whole when I had a squash that was very difficult to cut in half I discard the seeds after roasting the whole squash Scooping out cooked pump is easy It tastes good and can be used in many recipes

I just made this, trial run for Thanksgiving. Came out rather nice, but I was surprise that it didn't have a strong squash flavour, may be I used too much onions?

Butternut squash has a very mild flavor as do most squash. Happy thanksgiving!

Yes, if you don't mind a sweet tasting filling. Maybe a combination of the squash with a yam would be better. Let me know how it turns out :)
