    It is 10.30pm in UK and you make me want to cook but I should be going to bed..it looks so yummy! Love the round wood base that you use to rotate the dish..nice touch. Euxaristo

    I made this a few days ago, it turned out beautifully and the flavour was amazing. You really can play around with the herbs to your liking, it’s a very forgiving recipe. It really has a homey comfort food quality to it.

    TY Sweet Dimitroula mou! I will definitely make these melitzanopita spirals soon I am a lazy cook too to do it in one pan because I am not in the mood to clean extra stuff. Same exact with me that I use the leftover phyllo from the artichoke phyllo tart to make the samousades and my phyllo kind of dried out lol, but I used it anyway

    Hi koukla this looks Wonderful and what a combination of great ingredients. I was wondering if you would show how to make cheese saganaki! I tried to make it a home using kefalograviera or kefalotyri but it never comes out as good as the restaurants! Thank you 🙏🏼

    Great recipe FYI County Phyllo dough is not available in any store or online this is a very difficult ingredient to find will have to use regular.

      I bought that pan such a long time ago. Found it on salt at Marshalls...lol It is a Gruppo Pintinox. Never heard of the brand but I use it very often :)
