I made this a few days ago, it turned out beautifully and the flavour was amazing. You really can play around with the herbs to your liking, it’s a very forgiving recipe. It really has a homey comfort food quality to it.

Same exact with me that I use the leftover phyllo from the artichoke phyllo tart to make the samousades and my phyllo kind of dried out lol, but I used it anyway
