There are loads of 'ring videos out there, but this is the 1st one I've really enjoyed. Pure brilliant skill shown by these drivers, and (I am biased) beautiful cars!
Brilliant car handling. Would like to see more of this guy. Both very safe drivers and safe on the Ring. Fantastic skill shown at 4.07 and calm control during understeer at 6.47. Nice
this is where these cars belong. i live in aus and if i had the same car i wouldnt be able to have half the fun these guys are having. especialy on the autobahns omg. how good does the gt3s sounds :D
This guy knows his car as well as the track. Perfect line! Some corners were hard at limit.. a bit too risky for an "open day".. The Breitscheid-bridge surely was more fun than driving at limits though :D
dang!! That distinctive sound is amazing! Loved the video and the car! Great driving. In the end i thought you flipped than realized it was just the camera haha
I've watched this vid so much, it makes me want to cry thinking how could a car sound this good, Perfection Perfection. Love this cars so much i would give my //m5 and //m3 to have just the one and i will be a very happy mian indeed, can't wait to go for a drive in my mates new GT3 rs absolutely can't wait. This is a car i think God himself would make and drive on his day off!! Thanks for the video, much love.
Hey mate, I was driving the GT3, in the GT3 RS was my friend, we decided to do this lap together, I went in front because if he was at the front I couldn't keep up with him!
@animeonperseest Don't agree, the RS GT3 (camera car) has a wider track which would explain why it cornered and braked better than the standard GT3. When both cars gunned it at the straight, the one in front always pulled away even when the RS in back accelerated at the same time as the GT3 ahead of it.
i'v seen poorly driven Porsches by ignorant rich men..but this is one good driver who knows his stuff. it was a perfect drive with just one gear change error before the final straight but i dun think it slowed his lap time>Conclusion: a good example of nice driving!! Salute!
Beauty of this car compared to any other super car natably the Italians is come Monday morning and you going to work they will still not miss a bit and still be ruthlessly efficient, Hence why Porsche is No. 1 Period
Veramente bravo mi ha impressionato quando sei arrivato troppo veloce ad una curva e l hai intraversata prima di entrarci, leggera derapata e poi giù tutta! Emozionante ;)
The car in front is a GT3 too, but no RS. On the paper the RS has slight advantages. But on the ring it all depends on the driver. and its a good thing to keep distance there.
@animeonperseest Look at 1:32 when the Porsche in back has the advantage because the front Porsche is tied up with the slower car in front of it. The camera car accelerates before the white one can and still cannot match it's straight line speed. It's o.k. if you didn't have your eyes open half the time.
3. the 911 can actually behave like a FWD car in some cases because the engine is behind the rear axel... a certain threshold has to be passed before oversteer can occur and to correct for it, a driver will in many cases have to APPLY throttle to get the car back 4. since most of the weight is in the rear, traction can be reduced to the front tires which, without proper braking, throttle, and steering control, could cause massive understeer
Might that first car be a standard GT3? I thought the RS models came with bright colors and stickers. I thought the white ones had a low red or blue stripe and matching wheels. Or is this one older?
Seems to be much fun. I have been also on THE Ring in a GT3 RS and it was a hell of fun. I this case i think, the round is not too slow, but the video has been accelerated. In real time it could have been an 8:30 to 8:40 BTG. There´s too much traffic...
Good driving indeed but I'm a bit worried about his steering control, not using basic in out steering to put weight on the outer tire but instead losing grip and getting understeer with to big steering input. But other than that really nice to see an RS being used for what it's built to do :)
@ravenstylea2 have you ever seen a formula 1 race or any kind of other racing? look at when they are braking for a corner->the cars are closer because they are travelling at slower speeds, even though the time gap stays the same. the distance between the cars then gets bigger when theyt accelerate. Very simple... Exampel if you have two cars going 100mph, when the time gap between the cars is one hour, the distance between the cars is 100miles. When the cars are going 20mph and the time gap is
I'm a Benz fanatic, but this video makes me want a GT3. The acceleration out of the turns gives me butterflies!!!!

That looked like so much fun!!! Balls to the wall, white knuckle cornering! That's how you do it!
Still one of my most favorite videos on here. Thank you.
Wow, this is some of the most agile and fastest cornering road cars I have ever seen! Impressive!
Der Junge kennt den Ring und seinen GT3! Klasse gefahren und der Drift in der Ex-Mühle einfache Klasse! Von mir 5 Sterne! Spitze!!!
These guys know the limits, exceptional handling of these fine cars!
Brilliant driving and very considerate too! Well done and a joy to watch!
The GT3 looks like such a good car to drive. I am a Ferrari supporter, but I'd almost give my left testicle to own a 997 GT3. Awesome car.
Both good drivers with balls.....with such a traffic it isn't easy to choose good lines.
Was fun to see...thanks
Can the Hummer complete a lap without refueling?! That was a surprise! Awesome driving guys, and GT3's sound is coming directly from Hell!
This man is a true professional of driving!!!
sickest ring lap I've ever seen !
The only thing better than one porsche racing at the ring is TWO porsches. Stereo love :)
Great Great Driving and awsome footage... lovely car control , solid lap !
this is where these cars belong. i live in aus and if i had the same car i wouldnt be able to have half the fun these guys are having. especialy on the autobahns omg. how good does the gt3s sounds :D
I never get tired of this vid
Lol the others had no idea where these Porsches came from haha beautiful.
Congrats to the driver !!!! Nice slide at 4'06'' !!!
Hear that engine, it growls :D! love that high reving flat 6 ;)
4min05 Perfect!
Very beautifful pilotage
Thought the car flipped for a second, my heart actually jumped (laughs). Amazing driving.
This guy knows his car as well as the track.
Perfect line!
Some corners were hard at limit.. a bit too risky for an "open day"..
The Breitscheid-bridge surely was more fun than driving at limits though :D
Gotta love that sound.
Complimenti per la guida....
Many compliments for the driving skills....

the guy in the white porsche is a sublime driver

Excellent driving!

FANTASTIC !
Great driver! Awesome video.
Unbelievable, 2 drivers that actually know how to handle their GT3s.... now i've seen everything.
Dangit, these guys are tearing it up!!!!
nice drive man great to watch!!
@taeng69: Me too, I've never seen anyone drift through there like that. AWESOME.
Very impressiv driven!

ok I take that back, they are both great drivers

serious driving skill there from both
would love to watch this in hd :D love this video
Nice flick in at 4.05!!
Beauty of this car compared to any other super car natably the Italians is come Monday morning and you going to work they will still not miss a bit and still be ruthlessly efficient, Hence why Porsche is No. 1 Period
6/5 great video add to my favorites
Plus belle voiture du monde.
Listen to how fast this RS went thru the gears.... Single-mass Flywheel rules !!
You guys are crazy! Fun!
Nice just for fun drivt, at 4:04. He knew that he had enough time because of the blocking red car=D...Nice driver!
i want to race at Nurburgring so bad, i would love to do what you are doing!
The ending scared the shit out of me!
are these two RS?! really really cool video! bring up more!
The driver has got a big pair of BALLS to drive this fast in an RR around the 'Ring
Given the traffic and the roadworks it was a pretty good run.
love the breitscheider brucke part :-)
Would have loved to have seen that red ford GT run with this group.
Sounds so much better than a M3!
Veramente bravo mi ha impressionato quando sei arrivato troppo veloce ad una curva e l hai intraversata prima di entrarci, leggera derapata e poi giù tutta! Emozionante ;)

Shock damping very nice - c.f. to R34 Z-tune boucing and hopping like a pogo stick
@reventon112 indeed very good driving

at 3:02 he nearly lost it. Great driving btw.
that jus looks like too much fun
great driver,great car
awsome sliding
Such intense cars to dirve on the ringg
gorgeous power slide at 4:05 wow that's what should be done with the rs
fucking hell, the camera flipping over scared the shit out of me. i thought the car rolled. great driving
haha the end scared the crap outa me... i thought the car flipped or something lol
4:04 That was great!
OMG and i was waiting for the straight line section
jst a sunday drive eh? haha kiddin, nice driving, incredible speed... did someone have a minivan on the ring?!?!?!?
meravigliosa creatura..
so are there just days open for the public to have a go on the Ring? If so, I'm definetly moving to Deutschesland once I can afford a GT3.
Pfiu your made men xD very fast lap, very good, you are a veritable pilot.
Damn, this is the best song I've ever heard! Name please?
damn 3:11-3:14 he takes the wheel from one end of the world to the other and the car doesn't even complain it just changes direction without a hiccup.
Hehehe, thanks. Have you seen the getaway in stockholm with 2 Porsches 911 GT3 already?

NICE SOUND

FUCK YES!!! Props to the driver in the white porsche for the save at the beginning of the video !!!
Excellent.

ahhh Germany the last stronghold of the speed freak. I can't wait to get my first car. Within a year am going to attempt the ring.
Maxige! What happened to your site? It used to be one of my favorites!
Nice drifting
great lap...
this guys know what they're doing ;-)

sweet.... best car... nice driver :-)
Why do i get a strange feeling that i will never afford to have that much fun.. :(
That's Breidscheid, one of the most unforgiving corners of the Nordschleife

... its a dream of a lot of us ...
the GT3 is an amazing car.. Id take a GT3 over a Veyron, Koenigsegg, or Lamborghini any day of the week.. true automotive genius by Porsche.
Aah the days of 240potato quality videos. Feels like you're doing some amateur archeology.
